Abstract/Summary:
In this paper we used bamboo vinegar as a new fertilizer on Cunninghamia lanceolat seedlings for the first time to study the effects of bamboo vinegar on soil chemical properties,biological activity, enzyme activities,the contents of phenolic acid in the roots and rhizosphere soil of Cunninghamia lanceolat seedling,and growth and physiological indexes for Cunninghamia lanceolat seedlings.The experiments used the bamboo vinegar in soil and leaves through the two field experiments to study on the role of promoting Cunninghamia lanceolat seedlings' growth and improving soil properties.The results were as follows:①The effects of Bamboo vinegar on pH was not significant.Among 3 concentrations,H50(soil application,diluted bamboo vinegar 50 times),P300(spray leaves,diluted bamboo vinegar 300 times) and P800(spray leaves,diluted bamboo vinegar 800 times) significantly increased the contents of soil organic matter,total N,available K,available N,available P and available Fe, Zn,Cu.The effect of P300 was better than other method.②The activities of soil ureases was promoted by Bamboo vinegar,peroxidases and polyphenol oxidases,the peroxidases activities of treatment P800 was higher than that of CK,and the difference was very significant(P<0.01).③It was obivious that microbial quantity was increased in the soil of Cunninghamia lanceolat seedlings with bamboo vinegar. The quantities for bacteria and fungi had been observed for a week,which fluctuated for the six days and showed the rule that increased first and then decreased.④The contents of phenolic acid in the roots and rhizosphere soil of Cunninghamia lanceolat seedling was strongly influenced by bamboo vinegar.The different congcentrations of bamboo vinegar inhibited phenolic acid synthesized by Cunninghamia lanceolat seedling own,which lowered the contents in the rhizosphere soil of Cunninghamia lanceolat seedling,and the effect of H50 and P800 has better than P300.⑤In the first field experiment,H50 and P300 also increased the growth of seedlings,compared with CK the growth increased 60.5%and 80.3%,the correlation was significant.The effect of bamboo vinegar on the growth of seedlings was good by treament of P300 and P800 in the second field experiment,the growth of diameter at ground was significantly(p<0.05) increased by the P800 treament.When compared to the control,the content of chlorophyll content of Cunninghamia lanceolat seedling was increased obviously with the treament of bamboo vinegar(p<0.05).⑥The canonical correlation analysis showed that there was significant relationship between the microbial quantity and soil chemical properties,as well as the microbial quantity and soil enzyme activities by bamboo vinegar on Cunninghamia lanceolat seedlings...
