In this paper we used bamboo vinegar as a new fertilizer on Cunninghamia lanceolat seedlings for the first time to study the effects of bamboo vinegar and combinations of bamboo vinegar and fertilizer on soil chemical properties, enzyme activities, growth and physiological indexes. The experiments used nine different concentrations of bamboo vinegar in soil and leaves through pot experiment and field experiment. The results were as follows: â‘ The effects of Bamboo vinegar and combinations of Bamboo vinegar and fertilizer on pH was not significantly; Among 8 concentrations, H50 (soil application, diluted bamboo vinegar 50 times) and P300 (spray leaves, diluted bamboo vinegar 300 times) significantly increased the contents of soil organic matter, total N, available K, available N, available P and available Fe, Zn, Cu. But the effect of combinations of bamboo vinegar and fertilizer was better than Bamboo vinegar. â‘¡Bamboo vinegar promoted the activities of soil ureases, peroxidases and polyphenol oxidases and increased the net photosynthetic rate, biomass and growth, the correlation was significant at the 0.05 level compared with CK, but correlation was not significant between H50 and P300. â‘¢H50 and P300 also increased the growth of seedlings in field experiment, compared with CK the growth increased 60.5% and 80.3%, the correlation was significant, but correlation is not significant between the two.
