Objective Through the application of a new type of bio-pesticides bamboo vinegar herbicide in weed cultivation,we studied the effects of Corydalis yanhusuo on the yield, quality, and ecological effects, and further develop biological herbicides to replace and reduce the use of chemical herbicides. It is of great practical significance to ensure the stable production and high yield of Chinese herbal medicines, increase the income of drug farmers and drug dealers, and promote the development of local economy;at the same time,it is expected to solve the problem of pesticide residues and excessive heavy metals in Chinese herbal medicines, which is of significance in promoting and ensuring the quality of Chinese herbal medicines.Methods(1)The data of plant height, leaf area, tuber volume and yield of Yanhusuo were surveyed to reflect the effects of different herbicide treatments on the growth and development of Corydalis yanhusuo;(2)The weeds were treated with different concentrations of herbicides, observed the symptoms of poisoning and death of weeds, and the efficacy of strains was calculated to compare the efficacy of bamboo vinegar herbicides and their mixed agents.(3)The content of tetrahydropalmatine was determined by high performance liquid chromatography and the effects of different herbicide treatments on the content of tetrahydropalmatine in T.yanhusuo were analyzed.(4)The contents of Cr,Cu,As,Cd and Pb in Corydalis yanhusuo were determined by microwave digestion-ICP-MS method to investigate the effect of different herbicides on the content of heavy metal in Corydalis yanhusuo.(5)Soil invertase activity was measured by colorimetry, soil protease activity was measured by Galles River method, and the effects of different concentrations of bamboo vinegar herbicide on soil enzyme activity were investigated.Results(1)Different herbicide treatments had a significant effect on the growth and development of Corydalis yanhusul. The glufosinate AS 600 g ai/ha+ herbicide type bamboo vinegar 75L/ha had the highest plant height, glufosinate AS 600 g a.i./ha handles the largest leaf area, ammonium Phosphine AS 600 g ai/ha + herbicidal bamboo vinegar 50L/ha had the highest tuber volume and glufosinate AS 1500 g ai/ha had the highest yield.(2)The herbicidal effect of bamboo vinegar herbicide and glufosinate herbicide has a good effect, and the efficacy of the treated weed strains was in the range of 77.02% to 100%,among which the bamboo vinegar herbicide had a quick effect, and the grass control time was short.Ammonium phosphonium herbicides have a slow onset of action and have a long grass control time.(3)The content of tetrahydropalmatine in different herbicide treatment groups, treatment 3> treatment 6> treatment 1> treatment 2> treatment 4> treatment 5> treatment of CK,but statistically, there is no significant difference on Tetrahydropalmatine in Rhizoma Corydalis between different Herbicide Treatments(4)The cadmium content in treatment 4exceeded the standard, and copper, arsenic, cadmium, and lead in other treatment groups did not exceed the standards.(5)The 0.5% bamboo vinegar treatment showed the effect of promoting the invertase activity in the soil, while the 10% bamboo vinegar and bamboo vinegar liquor treatment showed inhibition of sucrase activity, and with the extension of culture time,The inhibition rate showed an upward trend.High-concentration bamboo vinegar showed sustained inhibition of protease activity, while low-concentration bamboo vinegar treatment such as 0.5% bamboo vinegar and 1% bamboo vinegar treatment, showed the first inhibition and then promotion of protease activity. Finally, the activity of protease was not affected.Conclusion(1)Bamboo vinegar herbicides have a good herbicidal effect.Compared with glufosinate, bamboo vinegar herbicides have a faster onset of action but have a shorter effective period.(2)The content of Tetrahydropalmatine in different planting methods met the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia. The effect of different herbicides on the content of Tetrahydropalmatine from Corydalis yanhusuo was not significant.(3)In the treatment group using bamboo vinegar herbicide, copper, arsenic, cadmium, and lead were not detected excessively, and application of bamboo vinegar herbicide did not increase the risk of heavy metal contamination of herbs.(4)Different concentrations of bamboo vinegar have different effects on the activity of invertase and protease in soil.High concentration of bamboo vinegar inhibited the activities of the invertase and protease, while low concentration of bamboo vinegar promoted invertase activity, while the expression of protease was inhibited first and then promoted.(5)Considering economy and pesticide residues,it is recommended that weeding be used for the cultivation of organic Chinese herbal medicines, and weeding bamboo vinegar 75L/ha.
