Copper is one kind of necessary trace nutrient element for plant development, and also itis heavy metal element to the environmental pollution. It has an siginificant meaning to plantnormal physiological metabolism and growth, crop yields and quality improvement. The useof chemical improver is one kind of good way to control Soil of heavy metal poisoning.Recently, there are more and more researches about using Silicon fertilizer to control heavymetal pollution, now it even has been the hot point of silicon nutrition research. In this project,we mainly study the effect of Cu on wheat physiological indexes and soil enzyme activity atthe action of Si. Through this, we can provide theoretical basis for use of silicon fertilizer toheavy metal poisoning wheat area by copper. Main research results are as follows:(1)Conclusion about the effect of copper on wheat seedlings physiological characteristicsunder presence of silicon:at the action of Si(30,60,90mg/L SiO2), chlorophyll-a content, antioxidant enzymes system (SOD, POD) activity, proline content, soluble protein content ofwheat seedling increased and MDA content droped, alleviating the toxicity of Cu on wheatseedlings; at the action of Si150mg/L (SiO2), soluble protein content of wheat seedlingsleaves decreased, MDA content increases, aggravating the toxicity of Cu on wheat seedlings. Results indicate that Si can alleviate the toxicity of Cu on wheat seedlings in certainconcentration range.(2)Conclusion about the influence of silicon on wheat absorbing copper and soil enzymeactivity:when add Si of0.25、0.5、0.75g/kg, by decreasing copper biotoxicity, increasing soilenzyme activity (such as urease, catalase, and sucrase) and increasing pH in soil, it cansignificantly increase germination percentage of the wheat seeding and promotephotosynthesis. And the following result is to promote development of the wheat. When addSi of1、1.25g/kg, it can inhibit the development of wheat. So here is the conclusion, appropriate silicon volume of0.75g/kg can significantly alleviate metallic copper pollution.
