To study the relationship among canine parvovirus disease,intravascular coagulation,coagulation factors and intestinal bleeding,the test used three-month-old dogs to copy canine parvovirus disease. Canine feces of canine parvovirus disease,which was made a definite diagnosis by the beast Hospital on Agricultural University of Hebei,was made of the venom.On the basis of the pre-test, three-month-old dogs were injected the venom to copy canine parvovirus disease.On the basis of canine parvovirus disease pathology model,studied the changes of PT,APTT,TT,FIB and D-dimer,studied histological observation by Mallory phosphorus acid-hematoxylin staining,through histological, histochemical,immunohistochemical techniques and ELISA,with a view to provide a new treatment for clinical treatment and theoretical basis.The results showed that:(1)The morbidity rates of Ophthal/Nasal group,Oral using group and Subcutaneous injection group were 33.3%,66.7%,100%and 100%.The death rates were 33.3%,33.3%, 66.7%and 100%.Control group was normal.(2)The spirit of dogs were in low spirits,severe vomiting, bleeding diarrhea.Their temperature increased to 39.5~40.5℃.The quantity of WBC and hemoglobin contents was significantly reduced to(2800±1150)/mm3 and(3.8±2.3)Hbg/%(P<0.01);Their clinical symptoms and pathological changes were the same with nature morbility;Rapid CPV Ag test kit and HA test all were positive.Histological observation by PTAH were consistent with HE,discovered micro-thrombosis.(3)PT,APTT,TT and FIB of canine parvovirus disease pathology model all were normal between 1 d before inoculated the CPV and 1~3 d after inoculated the CPV,began decreasing in 5 d after inoculated the CPV.PT,APTT,TT and FIB reduced to(6.80±0.75)s,(14.45±0.57)s, (5.11±1.73)s,(194.4±7.2)mg/dL in 7 d after inoculated the CPV,were significantly lower than (12.67±1.29)s,(25.68±3.17)s,(13.55±0.78)s,(424.2±6.9)mg/dL in 1 d before inoculated the CPV(P<0.01).PT,APTT and TT extended to(20.12±0.59)s,(63.35±1.46)s,(28.32±0.44)s in 10 d after inoculated the CPV,were significantly higher than(12.67±1.29)s,(25.68±3.17)s,(13.55±0.78)s,(424.2±6.9)mg/dL in 1 d before inoculated the CPV(P<0.01).FIB reduced to(83.3±21.1) mg/dL in 10 d after inoculated the CPV,were significantly lower than(424.2±6.9)mg/dL in 1 d before inoculated the CPV(P<0.01).(4)D-D content was normal between 1 d before inoculated the CPV and 1~3 d after inoculated the CPV,was in an upward trend between 5~10d after inoculated the CPV;D-D content continued to rise to(1.37±0.01)mg/L in 7 d after inoculated the CPV,was significantly higher than(0.16±0.01)mg/L in 1 d before inoculated the CPV(P<0.01).D-D content continued to rise to(1.65±0.01)mg/L in 10d after inoculated the CPV,was significantly higher than (0.16±0.01)mg/L in 1 d before inoculated the CPV(P<0.01).The results showed that:(1)The morbidity rate and death rate of Subcutaneous injection were higher than that of Ophthal/Nasal and Oral using.(2)Their clinical symptoms and pathological changes were the same with nature morbility.Rapid CPV Ag test kit and HA test all were positive.So the dogs were canine parvovirus disease dogs.(3)PT, APTT,TT began decreasing then to heighten,FIB was in a very significant reduction,D-D content was significantly higher.The conclusion were that:(1)Subcutaneous immunization is better than Ophthal/Nasal and Oral using exactly,is a better way to copy canine parvovirus disease pathology model.(2)canine parvovirus disease pathology model was successful established.(3)3-month-old dogs can be used as copy canine parvovirus disease pathology model.(4)Canine parvovirus disease can cause DIC.(5)Blood coagulation of the dogs on Canine parvovirus disease was activated.The blood is in a pre-hypercoagulable state in the course of disease.With the clotting factor and the large number of platelet consumption,the blood is low coagulation,resulting in intestinal bleeding.
