| With the development of society, people's rhythm of life speeds up day by day, the severe competition pressure causes urbanites desire for returning to nature. The flower border can creat relaxed leisure environment by its rich application form and good ecology effect, receiving people's great affection. Using wild flowers into flower border, can create more natural wild flower border, which has local characters and rural feelings. This topic bases on the open country investigation, choosing those have excellent ornamental effects to cultivate, then , separately carries on research in different levels according to its nature and quantity characteristics. The results showed that,(1) Through the records of investigating the open country, we had understood the habitats of the wild flowers which were introduced, and seems them as wild flower border's design premise. High introduction survival rate plants: Adenophora stricta, Caryopteris incana (low elevation), Rehmannia chingii, Aconitum carmichaeli, Anemone hupehensis var. japonica. Bredia quadrangularis's survival rate achieved 83.5%, B. amoena 's survival rate hadn't achieved 50%.(2) Unioned plant's shape characteristic after stress and physiological index , we analysis: The drought resistance ability in turn is: Caryopteris incana > Anemone hupehensis var. japonica > Bredia amoena > Bredia quadrangularis; 4 plants' growth situation is good under 70.5% shade rate, Anemone hupehensis var. japonica and Bredia quadrangularis have better shade-resistant ability , Bredia amoena is next, Caryopteris incana is weakest; heat-resisting ability of Anemone hupehensis var. japonica is best; Caryopteris incana is the subshrub, falls leaf to adapt high temperature; Bredia amoena and Bredia quadrangularis restore slowly after high temperature stress, but the tested plants changed little, relatively the heat-resisting ability is more lasting. Bredia amoena and Bredia quadrangularis adapt to growth under–5℃.(3) The germination rate of Caryopteris incana, Elsholtzia argyi, Heteropappus hispidus, Heteropappus arenarius, all reached above 85%, Bredia quadrangularis germination rate is low, though it doesn't suit cutting propagation, the seeds are many so its seed propagation still suits. Caryopteris incana suits cutting propagation, matrix is made of 3:7 of leaf mould and pearlite, processed 5 minutes under 300ppm NAA, cuttage survival rate is highest, reaches 70%; Although Bredia amoena doesn't suit to cutting propagation, but many still had rooted until now, we could continue to study it. Tissue culture propagation doesn't rench quantification stage, but experiments show that : Caryopteris incana, Anemone hupehensis var. japonica, Rehmannia chingii all suits tissue culture reproduction.(4) Synthesis border flowers'characteristic, we firstly formulate wild boder flowers'graduation standard, and carries on 30 wild flowers, finally indicated: only Caryopteris incana achieves A level standard and has fine border flower's characteristic, suits to apply directly in flower border. These 15 plants have achieved B level: Melica grandiflora, Anemone hupehensis var. japonica, Rehmannia chingii, Lysimachia longipes, Boehmeria spicata, Bredia quadrangularis, Allium thunbergii, Aconitum carmichaeli, Elsholtzia argyi, Veronica rotunda var. coreana, Carex scaposa , Salvia bowleyana, Adenophora stricta, Sanguisorba officinalis, Bredia amoena, according to their physiological ecology characteristic, we can choose appropriate environment to apply these plants.(5) According to the principle that wild flower border pursues its unique natural style, we design several seperate plans.
