Recently years, there is growing demand for the ginseng's product. But, the Ginseng's product is a long cycle, a very high cost ,and very expensive. For that ,people use biological method to produce the Ginseng's hair through A grobacterium rhizogenes infecting Ginseng. The method has succeeded. The infected Ginseng's hair is cultured in the wave flask. But the ginseng's hair in the wave flask is not growing effectively ,and the GinS is not enough. It does not meet the people's demanding for the ginseng's product. The efficient way to increase the GinS is very urgent. Nowadays, the scholar in and out of the nation do a lot of research of the ginseng hair root growing cosmically .The Ginseng is a plant belonging to arelacene, contains many living ingredient. The Ginseng is used to protect organic cell, and body physically and mentally from being affected by hyperirritability. It also build your intellectuality ,prolong your endurance ,and enhance your work ability ,and increase your blood sugar and decrease your cholesterin and foster your metabolization .In the cosmetic aspect, It can enhance your skin smooth, pliability, and can favor your face skin off the acne ,concise dictionary and speckle. It also can prohibit losing your hair ,stop the trend your hair turning into white ,enhance your hair complaisance, and not easy to become crisp ,and increase your hair pull intensity and ductibility and so on.The container for culturing the Ginseng is mainly wave flask nowadays. There are there main containers recently developed—mechanical stir biological reactor ,non-mechanical stir biological and the latest developed biological reactor in and out nation. Mechanical stirred biological reactor has a superiority of the range in the currency and the broad scope in the manipulation , because the configuration of the stirred oar have a variety benefit and the broad range in the admixture and diffusion .The mechanical stirred reaction predominate in the fermentation of the food and biological pharmacy ,and the trend is not easily changed .The mechanical l stirred biological reactor have a broad range in the manipulation and high mixture , high application ,used cosmically in the production . The stirred kettle has a large cut ,very easily hurt the cell ,directly infect the cell's growth and cell's metabolization ,especially infect the plant's sub production very much .But it can adjust itself to fit the demanding for fostering Ginseng's hair. Non-mechanical biological reactor mainly consists of the ascending air reactor. It is very low effective ,making use of air .The research cites, if the air bladder is big , The cut of onflow is major reason for prohibiting cell'growth ,and injuring the cell. The flexibility of the ascending air reactor is very low range for use ,If the air speed is low ,the Ginseng is very dense ,the admixture is very bad .If it excessively offer air ,——on the contrary ,the excessive oxygen density affect the cell's growth ,and sub production composition will also be affected .It is not good for using ascending air reactor to foster Ginseng's hair. The latest biological reactor has benefit in the culturing Ginseng's hair root .But It is very expensive ,and not easy to extend production.Hence, It is the last reactor to talk about in the culturing Ginseng's hair . In this article ,the reactor being used is adapted turbine Ginseng reactor. It can be used in fostering Ginseng's hair massively and it can be used half-automatically .In this article , the numerical value of temperature, the rotate speed and ph value can be display synchronously ,and the numerical value of temperature and the rotate speed is navigated in the turbine Ginseng reactor. It can control the gas volume by the flowmeter.In the laboratory ,The factor such as temperature and pH value and the rotate speed and the air volume in the reactor can affect the Ginseng's hair ,besides this , the ingredient in the culture medium and the hair quantity also do so .Before the laboratory ,the turbine reactor and culture medium must be sanitized ,then the hair is transferred in the turbine reactor in the sanitized atmosphere .Turning on the computer ,it can supervise the factors. In this article, I used the Labview—a kind of software ,to supervise the temperature and rotate speed and pH value .It can control the air volume by flowmeter.Through the cross design ,I find out the better condition to cultivate the hairy :The temperature at the 25οC, the PH value at the 5,the electricity rotor at the 110r/min, the ventilation quantity at the 6L/min .Through the turbine reactor fostering Gingseng's hair massively , you can get many Gingseng ,and it is very effective and economical. Besides the turbine reactor ,I think there existing reactor ,may be very perfect in the aspect of fostering Gingseng's hair .With the time limited ,I can do more research .I hope my turbine reactor is in effect in helping others to find more perfect in fostering Gingseng's hair.
