With the continuous improvement and development of Chinese agricultural structure, horticulture facilities had been rapid development, the quality of its development for the development of a country’s agriculture played a vital role, it was an important symbol of modern agriculture. The tissue culture in horticulture facilities, compared with seedlings, cuttings or grafted seedlings, tissue culture seedlings had the advantages of good quality, small volume, easy to carry, transport and communication etc, in recent years, it had transited from the pilot phase of laboratory to commercial production. Through the development of decades, tissue culture seedlings commercialization has matured, major domestic cities had set up the appropriate research institutions, it was not only to meet domestic demand, but also had a large number of sales to overseas, with flowers, vegetables, fruit export volume in the majority, and had reached hundreds of thousands trees to millions. In western countries on behalf of Holland and Israel, these countries had applied the tissue culture technology widely, to "plantlets foundry" mainly, cultivated a large number of floral products, the annual export volume of more than one million lines. During the import and export of such products process, product quality had an important criterion, the number of billing plantlets would prevail as the survival number when they were transported the quarantine station of the country’s agricultural sector, and as the exemption product, the plants must be kept sterile. Common product packaging of tissue culture was through ordinary plastic packaging film for wrapping plants, there was no problem for the more mature explants, but relative to the previous propagation phase of the organization, this kind of the packaging was easy to make the organization be contaminated, and affect their survival. The tissue culture seedlings in modern horticultureã€greenhouse need to be encapsulated in the propagation phase, if it was in the glass culture vessels and be transported, and there were some fragile problems. Therefore, the main contents of this paper would provide a strong impact resistance and good airtight packaging for the tissue culture seedlings. Reference to domestic and foreign types and functions of packaging machinery, the research should contain choosing the heat-sealed packaging for tissue culture seedlings, and designing a dedicated, automated, intelligent gardening equipment through the mechanical technology.According to the of packaging specifications, there should design the heating device of the heat sealing machine, and make the simulations of the device temperature field with the finite element analysis software ANSYS, so the result showed that temperature contours and heat flow renderings, the simulations provided a theoretical basis for the temperature controlling system components and experimental study on sealing process parameters. In order to verify the performance of the heating device, the following tests would be studied:(1)The heating device performance would be judged by the process parameters range of sealing temperature, time and pressure. By sealing test and referencing the national standards, it would got the result that operating range of the process parameters with the appearance quality of the seal as evaluation criteria, namely the range of sealing temperature was 144 ~ 166℃, time’s range was 1 ~ 2s, and pressure’s was 408 ~ 600 N, the parameter combinations seal test results all had advantages that were sealing integrity, wrinkles, air tightness better.(2) After determining the range of process parameters, there should be to make the arrangements by three-factor orthogonal test method, use the range analysis method to process the test data, and got the optimum combination for heat sealing, it were temperature 166℃, time 2s and pressure 504 N. Choosing the analysis of variance to verify the results and determining the significance of each factor, the significance level of sealing temperature was PA=0.0234 <0.05, significantly, it showed that the impact of temperature on the test indicators was the maximum, and the significance of sealing time and pressure was 0.05<PBã€C<0.1, relative significant, and PB<PC, it showed the impact of time followed, the pressure’s was minimum.(3) Considering the interaction between the factors, by arranging orthogonal test experiment, exploring the impact strength of the interactions. The results showed that the sealing time, the interaction of sealing temperature and pressure, sealing temperature had the maximum impact on the seal strength; sealing temperature, the interaction of sealing time and pressure affected the seal strength of the second; sealing pressure, the interaction of sealing temperature and time had the minimum impact, the best combination in this case almost agreed with the previous section experimental results, it was temperature 166℃, time 2s and pressure 600 N. Through the analysis of variance, the result showed that only the sealing pressure reached significant level, the remaining factors were highly significant levels, therefore, even though there were interactions between the factors, and some interactions affected the seal strength great, they did not affect to explore the optimal combination of parameters.(4) To meet the need to predict and control the seal strength in the actual production operations, the research arranged one regression orthogonal experiment and it would be solved with SAS software, exploring the relationship between the seal strength and factors, the regression equation was:y=11.55428571+1.695X1+2.025X2+1.545X1X3+1.455X2X3By analysis of variance, the overall equation P {> F} =0.008<0.01, reached a highly significant level, and every regression coefficient was significant level, the result showed that the equation had a highly reliability. After lack of fit test, lack of fit square significance level P {> F} = 0.2597 > 0.1, not significant, indicating the fit had a high degree, namely the ternary regression equation which was established was meaningful, and it could meet the job requirements.
