By calculating the survival rate of explants, seedling weight and root number of strawberry“Hongtaihou”, foreign implant disinfection effect of0.1%mercuric chloride solution is studied, andso is the influence of6-BA and NAA on strawberry “Hongtaihou” seedling breeding and taking root.The result shows that0.1%mercuric chloride solution has a lethal effect on foreign implant; toolong sterilization time will kill explants, too short sterilization time will lead to incompletedetoxification.6minutes soaking in0.1%mercuric chloride solution is the best for disinfection;6-BA can help inducing lateral bud growth, and the induction rate is the highest when6-BAconcentration is0.5mg/L. The best medium formula for strawberry “Hongtaihou” somaclone’ sproliferation is MS+6-BA0.3mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L; the effect of6-BA is less than NAA ontaking root of “Hongtaihou” strawberry somaclone; the best medium formula for root developing isMS+6-BA0.1mg/L+NAA0.4mg/L.2. The sequence of degree of several factors that have impact on virus-free breedingcoefficient of “Hongtaihou” strawberry is: the influence of glycine> VB6> inositol> VB1> nicotinicacid. The optimal combination of organic matter concentration in the MS medium is: glycine2mg/L+VB60.1mg/L+inositol100mg/L+VB10.5mg/L+nicotinic acid0.5mg/L.3. Thesterilization time of84antiseptic lotions is negatively correlated with the effect, and our resultindicates that8minutes is optimal to get a better sterilization result.
