Development Of Special Liquid Seed Drug Coating Formula For Main Crop In The Northwest Inland Irrigation Areas

In this study,special formula proportion of eight kinds of microelements and the plant growth modulator regulator,which are used to compounding the seed drug coating of wheat,corn and cotton,have been researched.Chemical products,which have function of filming,emulsifying,helping to suspend,antifoaming as well as dyeing,have been extensively introduced.By categorizing and being compatible with activity ingredient one by one,ingredient framework of auxiliary of drug coating have been set up.Meanwhile,the research has been conducted in result compare,many-pointed contrast product demonstration,safety period of keeping coated seed and security dosage.Based on the trial, initial demonstration and popularization have been carried on.The following is main results:1.Three microelements,which are A₂B₂C₂D₁E₄F₂G₂H₂,A₃B₂C₂D₃E₃F₂G₂H₂ and A₃B₃C₂D₃E₃F₃G₂H₂,and combination ration of the plant growth modulator regulator,are suitable for seed coating of wheat,corn and cotton.Moreover,they match better with variety and dosage of pesticide and germicide among dust drug coating which is continue to use.2.Screening and combining some auxiliary of drug coating,include adhesive, filming agent,emulsifying and suspension agent and antifoaming agent,which have better affinity for each other and to activity ingredient of three kind of crop,as well as beneficial to emergence and safety growth in seedling stage.The ingredient of these auxiliary of drug coating is Z-6,C-7,R-4 and X-4,and relevant ration is 0.5%,2%,2% and 0.5%respectively.Constructing basic framework of the liquid drug coating.3.The liquid drug coating which has been compatibility of medicines appearances milky colloid.J-5(color red)is regarded as the main tone of warning color,and its optimal dosage is 0.5 percent.J-3(deep red),J-10(gorgeous green)and J-16(orange)are considered as match color in order to satisfy maternal and pollen parents distinguish of crop and coating demand of peculiar seed.4.Formula of special liquid drug coating for wheat,corn and cotton is suitable for ecological condition of the northwest inland desert irrigation area.Compared to control experiment,yield of coated seed increased by 13.2 percent,12.4 percent,12.2 percent,and 9.5 percent,9.8 percent,10.5 percent respectively in applied comparative experiment and contrast product demonstration.Effect of prevention and control of plant disease is 76.4 percent and 79.5 percent in seedling stage of cotton respectively,and elimination effect of cutworm is 82.4 percent and 84.3 percent in seedling stage of corn respectively.5.Seeds that coated by studied drug coating have no effect on seedling even stored one year.Usage dosage standard of drug coating is 2 percent as much as seed amount,and seeds cannot be poisoned within the scope of double standard dosage6.Carrying on the batch production in 2004,building up 20 production contrast demonstration points and 6 production demonstration areas.Total demonstration areas of three crop drug coating amount to 710 hm².Working out popularization aim that total demonstration areas in which newly studied drug coat will be used will amount to 0.2 hm² and 0.5 hm² in 2006 and 2005 respectively,and putting forward concrete demonstration measures.
