In this paper, with different parts of Eriobotrya japonica as tested materials, their totalflavones, total phenolic acid and tritepenoidic acid was measured by spectrophotometrymethod. Antioxidant activity of alcohol extract at each parts was evaluated by he DPPH andFRAP method based on the Vc. In addition, to figure out the variation characteristics of totalflavonoids content in the annual branch bark after pruning in autumn and winter, the contentof total flavonoids content in the annual branch bark of ‘Fuji’and ‘Yuhua Zaofu’ apple afterpruning were measured by NaNO2-Al(NO3)3colorimetric method. The main results weresummarized as follows.1. The content of total flavones in different parts of Eriobotrya japonica was the highest, with an average content of119.10mg·g-1DW. The content of tritepenoidic acid in differentparts of Eriobotrya japonica was followed, with an average content of71.30mg·g-1DW. Thecontent of total phenolic acid in different parts of Eriobotrya japonica was the lowest, withan average content of54.95mg·g-1DW.2. Distribution of the main active ingredients of each loquat showed that: The totalflavones, the total phenolic acid and the tritepenoidic acid in alcohol extract of buds were196.01mg·g-1DW,68.32mg·g-1DW,96.28mg·g-1DW, which were3.16times,1.96times,2.12times to new leaves with the lowest levels respectively.3. The distribution of three main active ingredients in the different parts of Eriobotryajaponica with Enzymes extraction kept pace with ethanol extraction. But each parts of eachactive ingredients content were improved compared to ethanol extraction, in which the totalflavonoid content increased6.7%to18.8%, the total phenolic content increased by7.3%to12.9%, the total triterpene acid content increased by5.1%to10.8%.4. In terms of antioxidant activity, the alcohol extract of Eriobotrya japonica variousparts all had antioxidant activity, which had significant differences. FRAP measured by thealcohol extract of loquat buds strongest overall reduction for the total reducing power of theworst new leaves2.6times. DPPH measured by the alcohol extract of loquat buds radicalscavenging capacity of the strongest, as radical Clear weakest new leaves2.9times, throughcorrelation analysis found that loquat total flavonoids and total phenolic content of their total reducing power and free radical scavenging ability were highly significant positive correlation, the correlation among the largest and flavonoids.5. The results showed that the changes of total flavonoids content in normal annualbranches’ bark of the two cultivars is extremely small. In autumn, the total flavonoids contentis between17.00mg·g-1FW and20.00mg·g-1FW. And the content in winter is much higherthan in autumn which is between31.00mg·g-1FW and34.00mg·g-1FW. From0h to24h, thetotal flavonoids content all presents the fluctuation change, which presents as graduallyincreased from0h to3h then gradually decreased from3h to24h. After being pruned24hoursin autumn, the total flavonoids content presents as gradually increased and stabilized. The netincrease rate is above50%. After being pruned24hours in winter, the total flavonoids contentall presents the fluctuation change. In annual branches’ bark without protective agent, the totalflavonoids content presents as gradually increased from24h to48h then gradually decreasedto initial value from48h to168h. In annual branches’ bark with protective agent, the totalflavonoids content presents as gradually increased from24h to72h then gradually decreasedto initial value from72h to168h.
