Study On Artificial Cultivation And Active Ingredient Content Of Dandelion In Southern Hebei Hilly Area

Dandelion is a common medicinal and edible plant with high medicinal and nutritional value.Based on the investigation of dandelion in Handan and Xingtai hilly area,it is found that wild dandelion growing on the roadside in the field is unmanaged,resulting in waste of wild resources.Full use of local resources to increase farmers’income,and dandelion long flowering period,simple atmosphere,has a good ornamental value.If dandelion is popularized and planted on the hillside slope under the forest and fruit trees in the mountain area,it can not only promote the development of tourism in this area,but also promote the construction of"Taihang Mountain Drug Valley"and the development of local economy in Hebei Province.Cause In this study,the collection of germplasm resources,germination rate test,artificial cultivation and effective component content of Taraxacum dandelion were studied in the hilly area of southern Hebei Province.The main findings are as follows:(1)The main results are as follows:the results of germination test showed that the germination rate of common dandelion was the highest at 15℃and 24 h in darkness,which could reach more than 82%.The germination rate of dandelion seeds was the best with different maturity,followed by common dandelion and sawtooth dandelion,and the lowest germination rate of commercial seeds was French double-tube dandelion seed.The germination rate of newly harvested mature seeds in Shexian County was higher than that of immature seeds,and the germination rate of immature seeds decreased by more than 10%.(2)It was found that the management method of applying organic fertilizer500kg/667m~2 was the most suitable.The flower diameter,dry/fresh ratio and yield of dandelion were 3.44 cm,16.96%and 1295.93 kg,respectively.The single plant leaves more and leaves slender and missing engraved,if as food,it is not convenient to wash,so if used to make dandelion scented tea is recommended to plant.The polyploidy dandelion is 3.13 cm,15.68%and 1433.36kg,respectively.The plant grows upright and upward,leaves are larger and less engraved,and the yield per unit is higher.Therefore,it can be recommended as edible wild vegetables.(3)It was found that the contents of caffeic acid and total flavonoids in the leaves of wild dandelion in Shexian were higher than those in other samples,but the content of Lv Yuan was low.The effective components of dandelion cultivated in Shexian County are higher than those of other species,but their morphology is short,the number of leaves is small,and the yield is low,so it is not suitable for large-scale planting and edible,so it can be used to make dandelion scented tea.The effective components of dandelion were all in the middle and upper level,the leaves were long and serrated,the flower goose was yellow and bright,the root was straight,and its ability to resist powdery mildew was strong,the yield was satisfactory,and the edible medicine could be used as well.To sum up,in terms of the content of active ingredients,The medicinal dandelion suggested to choose the northern dandelion,the edible dandelion suggested to choose the ordinary dandelion.
