Biogas slurry is the residual liquid after the anaerobic fermentation of organic matter such as livestock manure,and some effective factor which can inhibit the diseases and insect pests,because of containing these substances,biogas slurry can satisfy the normal growth and development of plants and also be used for preventing and controlling of crop diseases and pests,improving soil quality.This study can provide a reference for local biogas slurry agricultural,adjust measures to guide agricultural production with local conditions,avails using recycling biogas slurry reasonably,reduces non-point source pollution,makes the crop yield and quality was improved,improves the quality of soil and replaces the use of conventional pesticides,also can reduce agricultural production costs,it has important theoretical and practical significance which to achieve "waste(breeding,planting waste and life rubbish)-biogas slurry-planting" cycle of pollution-free agriculture model.In this research,mustard is the research object,using the field contrast test,focusing on the influence of biogas slurry on agronomic traits,yield,nutritional quality,pest control of leaf mustard,and soil environmental quality,providing scientific basis for biogas slurry instead of chemical fertilizers and pesticides.(1)compared with the contrast B(CK2),in the area with biogas application slurry the production of leaf mustard has improved,nutritional quality of leaf mustard has improved,mineral elements content of leaf mustard has a certain degree of increase,heavy metal content in the leaf mustard can be reduced.When the biogas slurry seems control during 83333-108333 kg·hm-2(H-J area),yield of leaf mustard is relatively high;When the biogas slurry seems control during 91667-108333 kg·hm-2(I-J area),good growth and development of leaf mustard is fine;When the biogas slurry seems control during 91667-108333 kg·hm-2(I-J area),all quality of leaf mustard on optimal;When applying biogas slurry content control in 108333-125000 at kg·hm-2(j-k area),mineral elements content of leaf mustard are at a higher level;When applying biogas slurry content control during 41667-108333 kg·hm-2(C-J area),heavy metal contents of leaf mustard are below the contrast B,the heavy metal contents of leaf mustard with biogas slurry application in the community are not more than the corresponding standard of GB2762-2012 national food safety standards and leaf mustard has not been contaminated.according to effect on yield,quality of leaf mustard and heavy metal pollution evaluation together with biogas slurry application,when the biogas slurry seems control during 91667-108333 kg·hm-2(I-J area),good growth,high yield,best quality,good environmental benefit of mustard have occurred.(2)the application of biogas slurry can improve the basic physical and chemical properties of soil and increase soil mineral elements,reduce the content of soil heavy metal,make sure the soil is not polluted by heavy metals,and the effect is better than that of conventional fertilizers.In the area with application of biogas slurry,soil pH value is higher than the contrast B,soil acidification can be controlled effectively;When applying biogas slurry content control in 108333-L5000 at kg·hm-2(j-k area),soil organic matter content is relatively high;when the biogas slurry seems control during 91667-108333 kg·hm-2(I-J area),soil total nitrogen,alkali solution nitrogen,phosphorus and potassi?m efficient phosphorus content is relatively high,when the biogas slurry seems control during 58333-83333 kg·hm-2(E-H area),soil cation exchange capacity is relatively high;When the biogas slurry seems control during 91667-108333 kg·hm-2(I-J area),soil mineral elements content is relatively high;When applying biogas slurry content control during 41667-141667 kg·hm-2(C-L area),the contents of soil heavy metal are lower than contrast B,have not been polluted by heavy metals,and conform to the state soil environment quality standard(GB 15618-1995)secondary standards.Therefore,in this study,when the biogas slurry seems control during 91667-108333 kg·hm-2(I-J area),soil fertility is higher,environmental quality better.(3)a moderate amount of biogas slurry spraying has the benefits to diseases and insect pests prevention and control of leaf mustard.When the biogas slurry seems control during 1750-2500 kg·hm-2(I-L area),leaf mustard hundred plant bug number close to contrast B(CK2);When applying biogas slurry content control during 2250-2500 kghm-2(K-L area),the rates of insect pest and disease index mustard are relatively minimum and close to contrast B,so in this study,when applying biogas slurry content control during 2250-2500 kg·hm-2(K-L area),the effect of pest control of mustard is relatively better.To sum up,through the application of compares with two groups of contrast(CK1 and CK2),application of biogas slurry can significantly improve the production of leaf mustard,ensure the good quality of leaf mustard,improve the quality of soil environment,as well as has good benefit to plant diseases and insect pests prevention and control of leaf mustard,but growth on various aspects of the demand of leaf mustard can be ensured,when application of biogas slurry is controlled in applying a certain content and reasonable,and improve the efficiency of the use of biogas slurry.When contents of biogas slurry instead of chemical fertilizer application is controlled during 91667-108333 kg·hm-2(I-J area),good growth,high yield,best quality of leaf mustard and best soil environmental benefits have occurred;When content of biogas slurry replace the pesticide spraying is controlled during 2250-2500 kg·hm-2(K-L area),pest control of leaf mustard get better effect.
