Research On The Internal Operation Mode Of Medical Group

In recent years, public hospitals of medical and health system reform has become a t op priority, the state has continued to explore the road of development suitable for public hospitals, public hospitals are exploring policies forward. However, in this exploration pr ocess, many hospitals in order to adapt to the needs of market development, have embark ed on the road of the medical group.With medical groups around the formation, resulting in a number of different manag ement modes, each have their own management style and philosophy, determine which m anagement model is good or bad yet it prematurely. Through the Group’s business, and in deed to some extent, effective solution to the irrational allocation of medical resources, qu ality resources are too concentrated, limited medical technology and other health problem s. However, after the formation of the medical group, there have been many new problem s, unclear property rights, management hierarchy repeat, internal lack of unified managem ent, all need to continue to manage and reform.With domestic research for optimizing health resource allocation of more in-depth, s cholars have also accumulated some experience, however, implementation of the Group o f time is not long, and mostly remained at the theoretical level, empirical study is less, lim ited basis for reference. With health policies and systems, medical service market constan tly evolving, study our medical group will change, but also need to constantly explore ne w development.Firstly, this paper describes the development, current situation and trend of the China’s Medical Group. Secondly, through defining the related concepts of medical group and a nalyzing the theory, this paper determines the specific object of study; through analyzing t he overall situation of our medical group and internal operating mode of individual Qingd ao University Medical Group, it helps to know the medical group’s management, the man agement system, operating mechanism and so on. Then, Qingdao University Medical Gro up is taken as an example and concentrated and loosened management modes are chosen as a starting point. The two hospitals are selected as the research object to study how to ru n, how to manage and conduct empirical research results, which means a more comprehe nsive understanding of the different characteristics of the different modes of medical gro up in the organization structure, management system, operating mechanism and so on. Ac cording to the operational effectiveness and accumulated experience of two different man agement modes, we sum up the experience and practice. In view of domestic and foreign experience of the medical group development, our conditions, problems and shortcomings existed in the process of the formation and development of the medical group; it put forw ard the relevant countermeasures and recommendations. Meanwhile it also offers some le ssons for the development of the medical group in the future.During the study, through literature research, expert interviews and data collection, we get indicators of the background, operating mode and operational effectiveness about t he two hospitals to understand the development and performance, management mode and system of the ten years of Qingdao University Medical Group’s collectivization; understa nding the mechanism of two members of the hospital management, operation mechanism and operation effectiveness, which runs the effectiveness of medical services, including it s volume, the disciplines and scientific research, technology development, to achieve soci al and economic benefits.This study finds that concentrated and loosened modes of the two hospitals establish a relatively sound management system and operating mechanism. After a decade of oper ation, it has achieved some success. The two different management modes have achieved a different degrees of development, include the amount of hospital medical service, the d evelopment of disciplines, scientific research, technology and the social and economic be nefits and so on.Finally, through our Medical Group internal operating modes, Medical Group resear ch operation mode of Qingdao University, according to the achievements and the existing problems, suggestions are given on the aspects of government, hospitals, policy and so on.
