Analysis Of Disturbance Factors About The Medical Group Work

With the rapid development of medical social work in China,the medical group work has been applied to the intervention services of patients and their families gradually.During the internship last year,I participated in two group work activities.I learned that medical group work was affected by many disturbance factors in the organization process,which led to problems such as difficulty in organization,low participation,and unconspicuous service effect.the study is to explore the interference factors of the medical group work on the basis of deep interviews with 15 Shanghai medical social workers and interns who have experience of medical group work.Based on disturbance theory,the article divides medical group work into three kinds of disturbance subsystems of medical group leader,service object and hospital according to the system theory,and analyzes disturbance effect from three dimensions.The result of research show that the "disorder" of medical group work system is the result of the interaction of multiple disturbance subsystems,and the different levels of interaction of the three disturbance subsystems reflect the three interference modes of medical group work:low Support-unpowered high disturbance,low support-low power moderate disturbance and high support-high power low disturbance.Therefore,for medical group work system under the condition of high disturbance and moderate disturbance,the author believes that optimizing and perfecting medical social work policy and opening up the soil for the development of the medical group work is the key to promoting medical group work.Secondly,the long-term development of the medical group work is based on the recognition and support of every subject through the effectiveness of the output.Therefore,solving the problems of high liquidity,lack of talents and the ability of group workers at this stage is a breakthrough to obtain effect.Then the authors come up with the corresponding solutions from the negative results of the three disturbance subsystems on the overall system.
