In recent years,the coverage rate of China's basic medical insurance has increased year by year,and the demand for social medical care has also increased.In particular,the process of aging has been accelerating,economic and cultural exchanges have become increasingly close,and medical treatment in different places has been increasing.As the direct settlement of medical treatment in different places has just started,there are problems such as insufficient personnel in the handling agencies,imperfect financial settlement system,and inadequate supervision and supervision in different places.Therefore,how to effectively strengthen the construction of medical insurance system for medical insurance in different places,how to improve the medical insurance supervision and supervision system in different places is an important issue to ensure the smooth and safe operation of medical insurance funds in different places.This paper follows the social hotspots.Taking the medical management settlement platform of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Medical Insurance Bureau as an example,this paper analyzes the newly-developed social and people's livelihood business in a timely manner,and studies the internal control system and the medical treatment settlement management in different places.To manage the process and other related links,to find out the operational risks of various links in the direct settlement of medical treatment in different places,and to design solutions to reduce the fund risk of medical insurance settlement management in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,ease the operation pressure of medical insurance funds,and maintain the insurance coverage in Inner Mongolia.The medical security benefits of personnel.
