Objective:Although antithrombotic drugs and lipid-lowering drugs have been explicitly included in the guidelines for the prevention of ischemic stroke, but the clinical compliance in the city is low; while the compliance in the small town is unclear. This study investigated the secondary prevention of ischemic stroke drug treatment compliance and its possible influential factors of lipid-lowering drug compliance, to provide basis for improving patient compliance. Methods: 360 cases of ischemic stroke patients in our hospital were admitted into the test. All patients were treated with secondary prevention of ischemic stroke therapy in the hospital, while those patients were follow-up regularly. At 3-month follow-up, analyze and collect all basic data, the application of antithrombotic drug and lipid-lowering drug and possible factors influencing the compliance.Result: There were 360 stroke patients.6 months later, antiplatelet and lipid-lowering therapy proportion were 78.33% and 29.17% respectively. Thecompliance of lipid-lowering in secondary prevention of ischemic stroke was low. The level of education, economic condition, the difference between urban and rural areas, stroke frequency and hyperlipidemia history were risk factors( P<0.05).Conclusion: The compliance of medication in secondary prevention of ischemic stroke was low, the secondary prevention health education to stroke patients and clinicians should be strengthened, and the level of rural economy should be improved, in order to improve the compliance of medication.
