Objective To understand the prevalence of hypertension,diabetes and hyperlipidemia of residents aged over 65 in Shibei district, and explore the relative risk factors for these diseases. To put forward preventive measures, targeted health guidance to the elderly, take effective behavior intervention, advocate a healthy lifestyle, improve the health status of life of the community elderly residents and enhance quality.Methods Using The national basic public health service specification the elderly health checkup, ask the elderly health status, measuring temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, height, weight, waist circumference etc, and auxiliary examination. To determine the prevalence of the Chronic diseases in the elderly, using multivariate Logistic regression analysis to determine the correlation and the size of the correlation between the prevalence and the Variable factors.Results 958 cases with no history of hypertension in the detection rate of hypertension was 54.6%, no low blood pressure,1320 cases (57.9%) with a history of hypertension.1712 people accepted FBG test,1655 cases with no history of diabetes in high blood glucose detection rate was 6.5%, no hypoglycemia,99 cases (4.3%) with a history of high blood sugar.1556 people accepted blood biochemical tests,94 cases of high cholesterol,118 cases of high triglycerides,203 cases of high low density lipoprotein, the detection rate are 6.0%,7.6% and 13.0%. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that gender is a risk factor for hypertension, age, BMI, movement is the protective factors; Gender, family history, smoking, BMI is the risk factors of high blood sugar, cultural degree, movement is the protective factors; Gender is a risk factor of high cholesterol, age, BMI, movement is the protective factors.Conclusion The detection rate in hypertension, high blood sugar and high cholesterol of the elderly in Shibei district is higher, and related to many factors. We should be take effective prevention and intervention measures to the Chronic diseases of the community elderly, take regular physical examination, early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment, in order to reduce the prevalence of Chronic diseases.
