Objective: through a combination of Tibetan medical theory and clinical practice to define the diagnostic criteria of gynecological lung CA disease, research of Tribulus terrestriswine clinical curative effect of the treatment of gynecological disease lung ca.Research methods: first, by reading a lot of literatures of ancient books, books, periodicals,a better understanding of lung CA gynecological disease, followed by method of literature research, understanding of Tibetan medicine theory gynecological long Chow diseasediagnosis, then went to consult with Tibetan medicine expert certain clinical experience inclinical diagnostic investigation, clinic and Henan County Ning wood special Township Center Health Hospital finally in Huangnan Henan County of Mongolian and Tibetan Hospital collected 60 cases of gynecological "lung CA disease" patients, grouped by random sampling method, with caltrop medicinal liquor for treatment of 30 cases of patients in experimental group, 30 patients in the control group with twenty-five tastes podophyllumpill pill treatment, were studied in comparison with control method.Results: the experimental group of 30 patients, effective rate reached 83%, ineffective 17%. The control group of 30 patients, the efficiency rate was 93%, effective rate of 7%.Two groups of drug safety and reliable.Conclusion: through the thorns medicated wine fortreating gynecological "long clinical testat disease", shows significant long Chow of Tribulus terrestris wine disease curative effect,and confirmed the diagnosis standard of Department of gynaecology lung disease. The meaning of the research, mining methods of treatment of ancient literature in the long Chow gynecological disease, have certain effect to a medicinal liquor for treating method ofrecovery and development of Tibetan medicine, the more that the clinical value of Tribulus terrestris medicated wine for treating gynecological "Long Chang disease".
