Research On The Innovation Of Medical Service Mode In Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

With the medical and health system reform of our country gradually advancing, public hospital comprehensive reform system has started. the profit of drug sales becomes zero rate, and hospital operating system changes from "medicine for the medical" to "to raise the medical service". If the hospital want to seek long-term development, the transformation of service mode becomes the trend. Improving the medical service level has become the root of hospital and the need of its survival,even containing the ardent expectations of people In the process of China’s medical health system reform,the level of medical service and medical efficiency has been greatly improved. Medical security system is gradually perfect and the various medical services mode appear, which brings convenience to the patients. Analyzing the root cause of the doctor-patient relationship emerge endlessly in recent years, the core factor is that the development of the quality of medical services doesn’t match the economic development and can not meet the needs of the people.To seek medical service mode suitable for the current situation and development and more effective the medical service quality measures and promotion mechanism to improve the satisfaction of people is the pourpose of the study.The research on medical service, medical service mode, service innovation has launched systematic discussion and research. First of all, according to the the identified research content,I have learned the relevant literature retrieval systematically and had a research and analysis deeply about the related theory,which lays a foundation and framework for this research.Through the analysis of specific examples of the hospital which takes creative medical service mode and achieves good effects, making full use of its advantages and avoiding the disadvantages, having analysis and discussion deeply and a lot of explorations, we have constructed the medical service innovation pattern for the Z hospital.In this paper, the research instance object is Z hospital of the city of Heze. Firstly,the paper makes a detailed analysis on the realistic situation of Z hospital, has a quantitative analysis and research on the prospect of the development of Z hospital, puts forward some measures which help to improve the medical service feasibility, and eventually forms "based on enhancing the technical levels of medical staff, improving the environment for the gripper, optimizing service process as the means, optimizing service attitude to highlight" four dimensions of the integration of the "patient-centered" innovative mode of medical services.The study of Z hospital medical service mode innovation for improvement of the overall development, service level in medical and health undertakings has a strong operability.The biggest innovation of this article is that it explicitly points out that the core competitive factors of competitiveness of medical and health institutions is to create a set of accord with the situation instead of traditional medical service mode only limited to improve the level of medical, advanced medical equipment, and on this basis to create the "based on enhancing the technical levels of medical staff, improving the environment for the gripper, optimizing service process as the means, optimizing service attitude to highlight" four dimensions of the integration of the "patient-centered" medical service mode innovation.
