Purpose:Cancer chemotherapy drugs is one of the means of comprehensive treatment, a significant effect, but the side effects significantly, thus improving its targeting to reduce the side effects is a serious problem. Previous experiments confirmed the specific acupuncture points corresponding increase in the target organ paclitaxel drug content and promote apoptosis of tumor cells to improve the efficacy of cancer, and thus reduce the side effects of Taxol. The experimental work in the past on the basis of "needle drugs simultaneously, targeted therapy" as the theoretical guidance, acupuncture after lung-targeted anticancer drug paclitaxel to enhance the whole process of distribution, and thus reveal the effect of acupuncture on Taxol lung "targeting" enhanced molecular biological mechanism for cancer chemotherapy acupuncture intervention process "targeted therapy, attenuated synergistic" approach to provide experimental basis, with scientific significance and potential clinical value very important.Material and method: Establishment of SPF BALB / C mice with cancer cell lines, after the successful model, namely acupuncture "Feishu" and "Ling-tai" hole after intraperitoneal injection of paclitaxel, respectively, in injecting drug 15 min, 30 min, 1h, 2h, 8h, 12 h, 24 h after each experimental group were randomly selected from six mice were sacrificed by cervical dislocation it, collect tissue samples of lung, spleen, liver, kidneys and so on. High performance liquid each time point to detect the concentration of paclitaxel in mice with lung cancer four organizations(lung, spleen, liver, kidney) in, after analyzing the distribution of lung acupuncture targeted anticancer drugs paclitaxel enhance the whole process, thus revealing the needle taxol lung thorn "targeting" enhanced molecular biological mechanism.Results:1.1-5 groups of mice lung, spleen, liver and kidney tissue of various organs has not detected the distribution of paclitaxel. 2.Drug groups of mice lung, liver, kidney three organizations in seven time points tested, when 2h taxol content reached a peak after a downward trend; while spleen tissue taxol content at each time point downward turn trend. 3.Feishu + paclitaxel group acupuncture, acupuncture Lingtai + paclitaxel group, lung acupuncture Feishu + Lingtai + paclitaxel group, renal tissue levels at the time of 2h Taxol reached peak was significantly decreased after; spleen tissues taxol content decreased at each time point; taxol content of the liver tissue compared with the peak time of prolonged drug group reached a peak time was 8h. 4.In the seven time points, the lung tissue acupuncture Lingtai + paclitaxel in the paclitaxel group was higher than simple drug group only when 2h; acupuncture Feishu + paclitaxel group and acupuncture Feishu + + paclitaxel lung Lingtai tissue were higher than simple drug paclitaxel group(P <0.05); 3 needle drug combination group spleen, kidney tissue taxol content at each time point were lower than those in the drug group(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.After acupuncture "Feishu" point and "Ling-tai" point, paclitaxel in the lung, spleen, liver, kidney tissue distribution of significant changes have occurred, indicating the specific acupuncture points to influence of drugs in mice metabolism. 2.Acupuncture "Feishu" point and "Ling-tai" post hole, so that the whole content of taxol in mouse lung tissue increased, while in the spleen and kidney tissues of both content decreased, indicating that acupuncture paclitaxel in lung cancer in mice distribution in the body tend to have impact, can produce target effects. 3.After acupuncture "Feishu" point and "Ling-tai" points, and reached the peak levels of paclitaxel prolonged in mouse liver tissue, indicating that acupuncture paclitaxel in mice can extend the residence time of drugs that prolong the in vivo duration of action. 4.Acupuncture "Feishu" point paclitaxel content in the lung tissue at various time points were higher than the drug group, and acupuncture, "Ling-tai" is only part of the time points higher than the drug group, and acupuncture Feishu + paclitaxel drug content higher lung tissue in acupuncture Lingtai + paclitaxel group, indicating that acupuncture "Feishu ’point of paclitaxel in lung tissue tropism stronger than" Lingtai "point.
