Purpose:Through this experiment system of specific acupoints in acupunctureon lung cancer paclitaxel distribution tendency of mice, and to "acupuncture,target to provide ideas experimental basis and new therapy to treat" tumor.Material and method:Establish the mouse model of lung squamous cellcarcinoma, acupuncture "Feishu" and "Lingtai" point after paclitaxel afterintraperitoneal injection, respectively after the injection of drugs,30min15min,1h,2h,8h,12h,24h in each group were sacrificed to animal, by usinghigh performance liquid chromatography detection of paclitaxel at different timein the mouse lung tissues (lung, liver, spleen, kidney, heart) in theconcentration, analysis of acupuncture on paclitaxel pharmacokinetics and drugdistribution effect of target using pharmacokinetic software.Results:1.The distribution trend of paclitaxel in different tissues in each group: Group1-5were not detected in the paclitaxel distribution; Taxol Content in differenttissues of lung, liver, kidney, heart group, drugs at7time points in thedetected, and reach the peak at2h, then obviously a downward trend; taxol contentin the spleen tissue at each time point are decreased. The taxol content3acupuncture group of lung, heart, kidney tissues reached the peak at2h, thendecreased; Taxol Content in the liver and reached the peak time was prolongeddrug group, reached the peak time was8h; Taxol Content in the spleen tissuedecreased.2.The paclitaxel content in different tissues at different time points: TaxolContent in acupuncture Feishu plus paclitaxel drug group and acupuncture Feishu+Lingtai+paclitaxel drug group in lung tissue at7time points were higherthan the simple drug group (P <0.05); lung acupuncture group Lingtai+paclitaxeldrug group weaving the taxol content only in2H is higher than the simple drug group. At the same time, the taxol content3acupuncture medicine group spleen,kidney, heart tissues at each time point were lower than the simple drug group(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.acupuncture "Feishu","Lingtai" point can affect drug taxol metabolism in mice,the changes in the organization.2.acupuncture "Feishu","Lingtai" point to paclitaxel in liver tissue of peaktime, acupuncture can prolong the residence time of paclitaxel in mice, whichprolongs the action time of drug in vivo.3.acupuncture "Feishu","Lingtai" point to paclitaxel in lung tissue wereincreased, reduce the content in spleen, kidney, heart in three organizations,indicated that acupuncture on Taxol has the tendency of influence on thedistribution of lung cancer in mice, can produce the targeting effect.(4)acupuncture "Feishu" points the taxol content in the lung tissue were higherthan the drug group at each time point, and acupuncture "Lingtai" point onlyin part time higher than the drug group was higher than that of Lingtai,acupuncture plus paclitaxel drug group drug content and acupuncture Feishu pluspaclitaxel drug group of lung tissue, indicated that acupuncture "Feishu" pointof taxol in the lung tissue tropism is better than "Lingtai" point.
