| Objective:By observing the effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on microvessel density,MMP-2after rabbit skin graft,to explore the mechanism of promoting angiogenesis of Taohong Siwu Decoction, and to determine the optimal dose of Taohongsiwu Decoction.Methods:75healthy New Zealand rabbits, were randomly divided into5groups:Taohong Siwu Decoction low dose group, middle dose group and Taohongsiwu Decoction, Taohong Siwu Decoction high dose group, model group, sham operation group,15rats in each group. Sham operation group without skin grafting, just after the incision was sutured directly, anddistilled water, Taohong Siwu Decoction, high dose group, low in the mold accordingly afterdoses of Taohong Siwu Decoction gavage, model group after modeling with distilled water,administered in each group for the longest time to8D.Respectively after modeling2D,5D,8D from each of5randomly selected only gross changeswere observed wounds vascular densityã€MMP-2.Results:(1)2D,5D,8D of Taohong Siwu Decoction high, low, middle dose group and modelgroup and sham operation group were compared, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);(2) and high doses of2D,5D,8D rose four or five soup, compared with the low dose group,low dose group were significantly better effect than (P<0.05);(3) Taohong Siwu Decoction high, low dose group, no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Taohong Siwu can increase the expression of MMP-2gene in tissues,and can make the blood vessel density value increased; Taohong Siwu as one of the classical prescription of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, could induce angiogenesis obviously, is worth the clinical promotion, and the optimal dose is the best. |
