The Effect Of Taohong Siwu Liquid On The Expression Of PV, PT, SOCS-3, TNF-? And IL-6 After Vascular Anastomosis In Rabbits

Objective: To study the effect of Taohong Siwu Liquid on the expression of PV,PT,SOCS-3,TNF-? and IL-6 after vascular anastomosis in rabbits.Methods: Twenty-five experimental rabbits were divided into surgical group 1(Papaverine intramuscular injection),surgical group2(Taohong Siwu Liquid gavage),surgical group 3(Taohong Siwu Liquid intragastric + intravitreal injection)),The sham-operation group(Taohong Siwu Liquid gavage),and the control group(Taohong Siwu Liquid gavage),5 rabbits in each group.After successful modeling in the operation group and sham operation group,Taohong Siwu Liquid or intramuscular injection of papaverine was given respectively according to the grouping situation.Half a hour before surgery,4 hours,1 day,3 days,and 7 days after surgery,blood was drawn to the laboratory to detect plasma viscosity and prothrombin time in serum.The whole group was taken half an hour before surgery and centrifuged at 4 hours,1 day,3 days,and 7 days after surgery,and the supernatant was collected to detect and record the levels of SOCS-3,TNF-?,IL-6 in rabbit serum.Observe the skin color,temperature,muscle tension and capillary filling time of the affected limb to determine whether there is a vascular crisis.Results: At the same index half an hour before surgery,P was all>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.At 4 hours after operation,the plasma viscosity,SOCS-3,TNF-?,IL-6 group comparison,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.One day after surgery,the plasma viscosity,SOCS-3,TNF-?,IL-6 group comparison,P <0.01,there is a significant difference.Three days after surgery,the plasma viscosity,SOCS-3,TNF-?,IL-6 group comparison,P <0.01,there is a significant difference.At 7 days after surgery,under the same index,P(operation group 1 vs.operation group 2)were all> 0.05,with no statistically significant difference.Plasma viscosity,prothrombin time,TNF-?,IL-6 were compared between groups,P(operation group 1 vs.operation group3),P(operation group 2 vs.operation group 3)were all <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Taohong Siwu Liquid can prevent vascular crisis after vascular anastomosis by reducing PV,prolonging PT,increasing SOCS-3,and reducing TNF-? and IL-6..
