Purpose： Analysis the Yongquan acupoint Warm Application of type cold andwet blockage of rheumatoid arthritis the clinical curative effect.Material and method：Theresearchobjectistherheumatoidarthritispatientson type cold and wet blockage treated in our inpatient and outpatient.We selected106patients in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusioncriteria,19male and87female. The55patients who were treated with ‘Yongquanacupoint Warm Application’ and methotrexate10mg per week were in treatmentgroup;and51patients who were treated with methotrexate10mg per week in controlgroup. evaluation in the two groups after treatment before in erythrocytesedimentation rate (ESR) and C-reactive protein (CRP)，also the change of Chinesemedicine symptom integral aspects before and30day，60day，90day，after treatment.Results：1. Two groups of patients with laboratory test index of blood sedimentation andc-reactive protein was decreased, the treatment group is lower than the controlgroup, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. Two groups after treatment in patients with Chinese medicine symptom integralaspects are significant difference compared with before treatment (P<0.05), thetreatment group was better than control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05).3. Treatment group total effective rate was78.85%,13cases had marked effect,28cases of effective, ineffective in11cases; Control group total effectiverate was69.39%,8cases were markedly effective,26patients effectively,15had no effect, the comparison of two groups the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05).Conclusion：‘Yongquan acupoint Warm Application’ treatment of cold and wet blockage type of rheumatoid arthritis the clinical curative effect is distinct.
