Objective:To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion governor vessel and feishu point on peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in patients with phlegm-dampness lung cancer,in order to explore and confirm the effectiveness of this method in improving immune function of patients with phlegm-dampness lung cancer,and to provide new ideas.Methods:66 subjects who met the criteria for diagnosis and inclusion of this disease were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,the observation group and the control group,33 cases in each group.The control group began to receive basic treatment on the first day of enrollment(i.e.treat with Kanglaite Injection and Calf Spleen Extractive Injection 15 days,and rest for 15 days;treat with flavoured pinellia trichosanthis decoction 21 days,rest for 7 days;For a course).The observation group was given basic treatment combined with moxibustion with moxa twig twirling governor vessel and feishu point.After three courses of treatment,the changes of T lymphocyte subsets,CD4~+,CD8~+cell counts and CD4~+/CD8~+ratio in the two groups were compared,and the quantitative grading table of TCM symptoms and Karnofsky Performance Status Scale(KPS)scores were conducted.Statistical analysis was conducted to evaluate the efficacy.Results:1.Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in general conditions(age,gender,BMI,course of disease,pathological classification,and treatment method)(p>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets,CD4~+,CD8~+cell count and CD4~+/CD8~+ratio were compared before and after treatment in the two groups.The observation group showed that peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets,CD4~+cell count and CD4~+/CD8~+ratio increased,and CD8~+cell count decreased,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of the control group showed increased CD4~+cell count before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),the CD4~+/CD8~+ratio increased,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the CD8~+cell count showed no significant change(p>0.05).After treatment,CD4~+,CD8~+cell count and CD4~+/CD8~+ratio of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The total effective rate of CD4~+was 60.61%,the total effective rate of CD8~+was54.55%,and the total effective rate of CD4~+/CD8~+was 63.64%.In the control group,the total effective rate of CD4~+was 30.30%,the total effective rate of CD8~+was 15.15%,and the total effective rate of CD4~+/CD8~+was 27.27%.The difference of CD4~+cell count between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the difference of CD8~+cell count and CD4~+/CD8~+ratio was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.The total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were compared before andaftertreatment,andthedifferencewasstatistically significant(p<0.05);The total score of TCM syndromes was compared between the two groups after treatment,and the quantitative score of TCM syndromes was compared between the two groups after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).After the treatment,the differences between the two groups in TCM syndrome points were statistically significant in terms of chest tightness and chest pain(p<0.05),and statistically significant in terms of cough,eating less energy,fatigue and stool(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in terms of sputum,tongue and pulse(p>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.97%,and that of the control group was 87.88%.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).4.KPS scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).After treatment,KPS scores were compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 60.61%and that of the control group was 33.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Moxibustion with governor vessel and feishu point combined with basic treatment and simple basic treatment have certain effects on patients with phlegm-dampness lung cancer.2.Moxibustion with governor vessel and feishu point can regulate peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in patients with phlegm-dampness lung cancer,increase the CD4~+cell count and CD4~+/CD8~+ratio,and decrease the CD8~+cell count,thus improving the immune function of patients.3.Moxibustion with governor vessel and feishu point can improve TCM symptoms in patients with phlegm-dampness-accumulation lung cancer,especially better than simple basic treatment in improving chest tightness,chest pain,cough,eating less and lingering,shen-fatigue and loose stools.4.Moxibustion with governor vessel and feishu point can improve the KPS score of patients with phlegm-dampness lung cancer,and the functional status has been significantly improved.
