The performance assessment is the most important part, because human resource management system is built on the basis of the performance assessment. The doctor’s satisfaction towards the performance assessment in hospital is based on the theory of Hierarchy of needs、two factor theory, etc. We Design the questionnaire to measure the satisfaction of the doctors. Towards SPSS, we find the questionnaire includes four facts: feedback, interactive, the content of the performance assessment and the program of the performance. In the end, we find that the doctors in ET hospital are quite satisfactory with performance assessment. Different age, title, and degree of physician, with the result of performance appraisal satisfaction have significant differences. As raising the level of physician title and education, the doctor of performance appraisal satisfaction level will also increase.
