Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Phlegm - Turbulent Migraine With Acupuncture And Chinese Medicine

Purpose: To research of acupuncture combined with pinellia atractylodesrhizoma gastrodiae decoction in the treatment of phlegm turbidity migraineeffect.Material and method: To select60patients with diagnosis standard, themethod of random divided into two groups according to the computer, the needlemedicine group and control group,30cases with spleen dry wet phlegm reductioninverse for therapeutic principles, adopt acupuncture combined with pinelliaatractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae decoction treatment, including acupuncture willfind there are Baihui Point (DU20), Taiyang (Extra2),Touwei (ST8)，Shuaigu(GB8)，Fengchi (GB20), Waiguan (SJ5),Fenglong (ST40),Yinlingquan (SP9) andZhongwan (RN12),(One course of treatment is10days, two courses); at the sametime to the pinellia atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae decoction,one agent, waterdecoction, oral three times day. Liquid form group of30cases with simple oralpinellia atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae decoction, medication method withliquid form treatment in needle medicine group.The above two groups take tendays for a period of treatment, observation period for two period of treatment.Were observed before and after treatment method of visual analogue scale (VAS)score changes and clinical symptoms of headache and judge curative effect.Results: Needle medicine group cure rate and efficiency of86.67%, liquid formgroup cure rate and efficiency of63.33%, calculated using rank and inspectionon two groups of curative effect, the needle medicine group (α<0.05), efficacysignificantly better than liquid form group.Needle medicine and herb tea groupafter treatment VAS scores and duration of headache, headache frequency, alongwith the change of symptom integral by variance analysis, the result shows thatthe needle medicine group improve the symptoms of migraine effect is superiorto the liquid form. Conclusion: Simply taking pinellia atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiaedecoction has obvious effect for phlegm turbidity migraine is inferior to theclinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with the liquid form, inimproving the clinical symptoms of TCM in migraine, combination of acupuncturewith medicine therapy has significant curative effect, clinical cure rate ishigher, worthy of the broad masses of medical workers to apply this methodactively in clinical treatment.
