Clinical Observation On Treatment Of 50 Cases Of Cervical Spondylopathy With Modified Wendan Decoction

Objective: to know the theory of traditional Chinese medicine to study theeffects of modified Wendantang type of cervical spondylosis clinical symptomsof vertigo and efficacy.Methods: December2012to August2013Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Universityof Traditional Chinese Orthopedics clinic50cases of cervical spondylosispatients with vertigo. All patients with syndrome of phlegm stasis type, onlyoral important decoction treatment.Results:1after treatment compared with before treatment, dizziness, headache, numbness,paralysis, insomnia, tinnitus, chills, dry mouth, constipation symptoms aredifferent (P <0.05).2after treatment compared with before treatment, efficiency differences (P<0.05).Conclusion: Modified Wendantang based side, dialectical theory of governance,subtraction with the disease can improve cervical spondylosis patients withvertigo, dizziness, headache, numbness, paralysis, heart palpitations, insomnia,tinnitus, chills, dry mouth clinical symptoms of constipation, can improve theoverall efficiency of the disease.
