Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Infertility Of Ovarian Premature Senility By Combination Of Auxiliaries And Auricular Acupoint Pressing

Purpose:ObservationZhu luan tang with auricular application pressure therapy premature ovarian failure in improving clinical symptoms and conception, and to explore its mechanism.Methods:60patients with premature ovarian failure were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group. The treatment group30cases, was given Zhu luan tang with auricular points pressing; the control group30cases was given western medicine. After three treatment courses(around three menstrual cycles comprising one treatment courses), observed before and after treatment in change in E2, FSH, LH blood serum levels and the clinical symptoms and the pregnancy rate.Result:Treatment group total effectiveness86.67%, the pregnancy rate of70.00%;The control group total effective rate73.33%, the pregnancy rate of20.00%;During the treatment course of two groups of patients the statistical difference in clinical symptoms improvement was significant (P<0.01); in blood serum E2) FSH and LH levels between the treatment and control group was also significant (P<0.05). Both groups the level of blood serum FSH and LH decreased significantly while the level of blood serum E2was obviously higher after treatment. In addition,the stadistical difference in pregnancy rate between groups was also obvious (P<0.01). The pregnancy rate of treatment group was much higher than control group.Conclusion:Zhu luan tang with auricular points pressing therapy of premature ovarian failure has better clinical curative effect, improve the clinical symptoms obviously, partly achieved the dream of most women of childbearing age being a mother. Its mechanism may be related to zhu luan tang combined auricular points pressing can improve the body’s endocrine level, make the follicles more sensitivity to FSH and LH; that the E2levels in patients be higher, FSH and LH levels drop;recovery the remaining follicles.
