Clinical Study On The Mechanism Of Softening And Detoxifying And Removing Blood Stasis In Preventing Atherosclerosis

Purpose： To observe soft firm, detoxification, remove stasis methodintervention mechanism in atherosclerosis in clinical effect, and explore softfirm, detoxification, remove blood stasis of TCM in the prevention and treatmentof atherosclerosis (vein) mechanism.Material and method：We selected60patients by Color Doppler ultrasoundexamination in atherosclerosis on clinical study, dyslipidemia, and the patientsof obstruction (blood stasis resistance)in traditional Chinese medicine,randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Both of the groupshad30patients. The control group using the method of removing stasis method,to therapeutic oral; Experimental group by adopting the method of soft firm,detoxification, removing blood stasis treatment, on the basis of therapeuticjoin turtle shell, seaweed, radix scutellariae, acid-insoluble ash and pineneedles, soft firm, detoxification of oral drugs. After16weeks, observed beforeand after treatment serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, low densitylipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C);C-reactive protein; The change of arterial stiffness index.Results：1. Group comparison before and after the treatment, the value of TC, TG, LDL-C values in both two groups were lower, HDL-C values was higher(P <0.05);C-reactive protein decreased (P <0.05);2. After treatment, compared with control group, experimental group TG, TC, LDL-C,, C-reactive protein were reduced, HDL-C rise, was better than controlgroup,(P <0.05); after treatment, compared with control group, experimentalgroup arteriosclerosis index was lower than the control group,3. Hardening of the arteries in the treatment group before and after the index were lower (P <0.05), after treatment, compared with control group, experimentalgroup arteriosclerosis index was lower than the control group,(P <0.05).Conclusion：The study found that soft firm, detoxification, remove blood stasis method candecrease the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, increase HDL-C level; Also can reducec-reactive protein, arteriosclerosis index. Soft firm, the efficacy ofdetoxification, remove blood stasis group were obviously better than purepromoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis group curative effect, Asthe formation of the mechanism was complicated and lengthy process, single drugeffect or single drug efficacy than compound medicinal effect.
