| Objective:To observe and discuss the clinical influence of the method of softening hardness and dissipating mass Chinese traditional medicine in the patients of unstable angina pectoris (UA) with pattern of stagnation of Heart Blood, and probably providing the patients with a new treatment for curing UA in the future.Methods:This research is a forward-looking stochastic list blind check experiment. The selected cases from June2011to February2012in China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences Wangjing Hospital cardiovascular medicine outpatient or inpatient ward patients. We inspired60patients who suffered from UA with pattern of stagnation of Heart Blood. They were randomly divided into2groups. One was test group with30patients. The other was contrast group with30patients. Between two groups there was no significant difference in age, sex, course of diseases and severity degree before therapy(P>0.05). The contrast group using normative west medicine treatment and Chinese medicine of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, test group adding softening hardness and dissipating mass at the basic of the contrast group. All clinical data were compared after4weeks’treatment. Investigating index including angina pectoris integral and curative effects,consumption of nitroglycerin>TCM symptom score and curative effects, ECG、 alanine aminotransferase (ALT). blood urea nitrogen (BUN)、 creatinine (CRE)、 triglycer ide (TG)、 total cholesterol (TC). high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL)、 and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL). The before and after treatment of the data collection and statistical analysis. Statistical method of rank data using the Kruskal-Wallis test, count data by using chi-square test, measurement data using t test.Results:After4weeks of observation the herbal soup, the control group in the total efficiency of86.67%angina pectoris angina treatment group, the total efficiency of93.33%, the rank sum test, two subjects had significant difference (P <0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group significantly. Traditional Chinese medicine symptom total efficiency was76.67%, total effective rate in the treatment group90%, the rank sum test, two were significantly different (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group significantly. The control group the condition of improving the total efficiency of70%, total effective rate in the treatment group76.67%, the rank sum test, two were significantly different (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group significantly. All the data shows that softening hardness and dissipating mass can obviously reduce the required amount of nitroglycerin tablets (P<0.05), as well as chest pain, palpitations and other subjective symptoms (P<0.05), can obviously reduce TC. LDL,and can obviously improve patient’s chest tightness and troublesome feeling, the palpitation and so on (P<0.05),but in blood, urine,stool routine, ALT,BUN and CRE aspects actually have not been significantly influenced (P>0.05), expressed that herbal treat cannot affect the patient hepatorenal function.Conclusion:This research indicated that the method of softening hardness and dissipating mass can odviously improve patient’s chest tightness and troublesome feeling, the palpitation is flustered. It can also obviously reduce the cardiac enzyme and cardiac muscle enzyme tracer index of unstable angina pectoris patient, and improvement lipid metabolism effectively. But it will not significantly influence patient’s hepatorenal function and the balance of electrolyte, clinical application of the method of softening hardness and dissipating mass is safe and can obtain more benefits. It is worthy of using in the clinical practice widely.
