| Objective:This study collected and sorted the related literature in important medical books in past dynasties about treatment of herpes venereal toxic skin diseases, and establishing database of herpes venereal toxic skin disease. In order to use the formulas for clues, awaring of the regularity of how to treat these three kinds of herpes toxic venereal skin diseases, choosing and usage of the medicine to provide beneficial enlightenment and reference, and combining the theory of science of seasonal febrile diseases to find out characteristics of the TCM therapy and the laws of using medicine for viral skin diseases, which are both good reference for clinical treatment.Methods:The traditional philology research method were used and combined with modern methods of mathematical statistics. Refer to information on ancient and modern herpes zoster, genital herpes, chickenpox literature comb, establishing herpes zoster, genital herpes, and chicken pox disease related to the ancient and modern formulas of TCM literature database, to deal with the formulas for statistical analysis.Result:Summarizing literature and statistical analysis of the above chapters, the conclusion is briefly described as followed:1. Herpes zoster, genital herpes, and chicken pox are venereal herpes toxic skin disease, clinical symptom is characterized by local papules, herpes, and blisters. The three diseases are clinically common diseases, that generations of physicians have accumulated valuable experience in the treatment of three kinds of disease, on the application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment has obtained certain achievement. Through literature, the ancient physicians named the three diseases, more based on herpes shape or rash site, it’s easy to remember and vivid. And they points out that the onset of herpes zoster with "wind", "hot", "wet", "poison" and the hot liver and liver after the hot and humid; The onset of genital herpes with "wind", "hot", "wet", "poison" and liver after the hot and humid; The onset of chicken pox with "wind", "hot" and "wet", "poison" and lung who is evil. So that from the ancient physicians for the understanding of the above three kinds of diseases, mainly treatment is clearing away heat and toxic materials, functions of dehumidification.2. Toxicity is closely related to Herpes simplex virus skin disease, therefore heat clearing and detoxificating herbs should be used thoroughly during treatment. |
