The materials used in this test are three kinds of Avena chinensis : caoyou No. 1, yanke No.1, 2032. Firstly, disposaling these seeds with difirent electric field whose strength are 0.0kV/cm, 1.0 kV/cm, 2.0 kV/cm, 3.0 kV/cm, 4.0 kV/cm, 5.0 kV/cm, then, staturating these seeds, sprouting in the experiment room under the same condiction.during seed germiniation, percentage of germiniation , the contents of starch and amoino acid, the activity of amylase were tested , to study the physiology effects to Avena chinensis on seed germiniation; at last, treating young plant with physical drought stress, during drought stress, relative water cotent , the contents of chlorophyll(Chl), Carotenoid(Car), soluble surge, Proline(Pro) and malondialdehyde (MDA), and the activity of Peroxisome (POD) , superoxide dismutase (SOD) were tested, to compare, anynise and study electric field effects to Avena chinesis on growth and development of young plant , capability of resist drought , output and quality, which from aspects of physiology, chemophysiology and metabolism ; This result of test can provide guide in theory and prompt the application of electric biology technique on agricultural production.Th results of study on seed germination test, Electric field treatment can make percentage of germiniation of Avena chinesis seed to ascend, enhancement in 2032, caoyou No.1, yanke NO. 1 is 13.4%, 11.9% and 6.7%, Deffirent strength electric filed has promote effect on the...
