Scleroderma sichuanensis Xiao, a new kind of ectoparasitiod wasp that was found in 1994, was an important natural enemy of the Anoplophora in populns timber. There were a few S. sichuanensis Xiao and they distributed in a narrow range in nature. It needed to be bred in a large scale indoors before releasing them to control the pest. The main method of artificial rearing was using substitute host to breed at present. In this experiment, the inner anatomical structure of S. sichuanensis Xiao had been researched, and the factors of substitute host effected on feeding and laying eggs of S. sichuanensis Xiao had been studied. This study offered some reference for in vitro rearing of S. sichuanensis Xiao.It had studied carefully and overall on the inner structure of S. sichuanensis Xiao by means of anatomical technique in this experiment, and had made clear the structure and distribution of each system. (1) Reproductive system: Different from other entoparasitiods wasp spieces, the ovaries of S. sichuanensis Xiao are thin when it was just eclosion. The ovaries of S. sichuanensis Xiao could develop and it'sovums could be ripe only after it supplemented nutrition. So artificial host must not only possess the characteristic which could stimulate S. sichuanensis Xiao to feed but also could be suitable to larva's growth when we in vitro rearing it, and it must be more difficult than entoparasitiod wasps' in vitro rearing because the ovaries were grown up soon after eclosion and the artificial host only need to be suitabe for oviposition when in vitro rearing it. (2)Nervous system: Neural midbrain of S. sichuanensis Xiao which control antennas were superior than it's forebrain and hindbrain, it proved that S. sichuanensis Xiao received the external stimulus especially chemical stimulus mainly through the antennas, during they parasited the host. And the function of compound eye and other sense organs were not so obvious as the antennas.(3)Digestive system: The S. sichuanensis Xiao had a very long and thin esophagus which across through the whole of the head and the chest, and finished at the first segment of belly. This was relating to it's behaviour of feeding liquid food. (4)Muscle systems: The superest muscle group was the one that control mandibles in the whole muscular systems. This was relating to it's behaviour too.In this experiment, the factors of substitute host effected on feeding and laying eggs of S. sichuanensis Xiao had been studied. It had studied on effect on feeding and oviposition of hosts' sport violent degree with alcohol of different density, and found that the thicker the alcohol was, the better anaesthetize result was , and the higher ratio of hosts were parasited by S. sichuanensis Xiao if the hosts couldn't be caused serious injury. The host's size and form had certainly effect on the ratio of feeding and oviposition of S. sichuanensis Xiao. It was found that the thickness of body wall of host pupa in different ages was equivalency, though slicing up body wall of different age of host pupa. But rigidity of body wall was different signficiantly. The ratio was different of feeding and oviposition of S. sichuanensis Xiao with different age hosts , it proved that the hardness of body wall was an important factor of influencing S. sichuanensis Xiao parasitic the hosts. The experiments of repeatedly inoculating S. sichuanensis Xiao found that the chemical composition of blood lymph of hosts was another impartent factor which effect on S. sichuanensis Xiao's laying eggs on hosts or not. It was found that embracing ovum of S. sichuanensis Xiao could oviposite on hosts which were dealt with different temperature of water, it proved that embracing ovum of S. sichuanensis Xiao could lay eggs on dying-bodies.
