Almost all the creature in nature inevitably face the specific degeneration phenomenon. Our laboratory have used Tenebrio molitor Linnaeus to raise Scleroderma sichuanensis Xiao in large scale for a long time. After multigeneration, Scleroderma sichuanensis Xiao's forestal search and parasitize capability decreased, the defense effect to the hole-worm such as Semanotus bifasciatus and Clytus validus Fairmaire degraded, lead to the prevention cost increase .Accordingly, carried out the rejuvenation technology research on Scleroderma sichuanensis Xiao to improve its defense effect became an emergency-unresolved and significant problem. The experimental arrangement mainly according to the wasp degeneration condition, the differences on the shape and heredity of wild and laboratory wasp , eventually to achieve the rejuvenation target by using Scleroderma sichuanensis Xiao's origin host.Degeneration determination on Scleroderma sichuanensis Xiao found that the 18th ,19th and 20th generation wasp's successful searching rate was 50%,46.7%,40%,and the parasitizing rate was 40%,40%,30%. According to the test, there were not obvious differences on searching & parasitizing ability between above 3 generations wasp. However, it told us obviously that Scleroderma sichuanensis Xiao's defense effect to Semanotus bifasciatus gradually fell down as the increasing use of wasp multiplication increasing.On the foundation of differences in searching & parasitizing ability between the laboratory 18th wasp and wild wasp; we carried out research on the two type's differences from the out shape and esterase isozyme. There wasn't shape difference observed between the two by using double-tubes anatomical lens. However through SEM, we found there were visible distribution differences on definite sensillum. The PS's distribution range of wild Scleroderma sichuanensis Xiao was obviously more extensive than the 18th generation. Esterase isozyme electrophoresis analysis of the two wasps demonstrated their electrophoretograms were identical, meant no difference in internal heredity.The experiment continuously rejuvenesced Scleroderma sichuanensis Xiao generationby generation through using its origin host-emanotus bifasciatus including longicomcultivation and rejuvenescence. During longicorn cultivation in lab, we found that the occurrence time of each longicorn stage was 10 days earlier than in wild environment. And through cultivating longicorn artificially, rejuvenescing Scleroderma sichuanensis Xiao continuously for 3 generations, we got the conclusion that the optimal proportion of wasp...
