| In this test 128 Hailanhe layers aged 190 days were chosen and randomly divided into four groups. On the base of original layer feedstuff, the first experimental group was provided with feed contained 3% dried-power of housefly larvae(artificial dehydration), the second experimental group was provided with feed contained 3% dried-power of housefly larvae (natural dehydration ) and the feed of the third experimental group contained 3% residue of the culture medium of housefly larvae. Normal control group was provided the original layer feedstuff. Researching the effect of adding 3% the dried-power of housefly larvae and 3% residue of the culture medium of housefly larvae on microflora in the layer caecum, diarrhea frequency, pH of caecum, blood physiological and biochemical parameters and production performance, etc. Accurately recorded the productive performance of the layers such as intake feed and laying rate, etc. After the rearing test, firstly practice getting blood from the heart of layers in order to make whole blood and serum and then determine the blood physiological and biochemical parameter. Gainning the substance of layers' caecum and then having been cultured, isolated and identified by means of the pyrogallol anoxybiotic cultivation method. The result showed that The quantity of Lactobacterium, Bifidobacterinm, Bacteroides increased remarkablely in ceacum of experimental groups compared with the normal control group(p<0.01).The quantity of Ecoli. of the first experimental group and the second experimental group have significantly decent compared with the normal control group (p<0.01). The Salmonella was identified from the caecum of the normal control group. The pH of the substance of caecum in the every experimental group was dramatically decent while the normal control group's was still high(p<0.05). Diarrhea frequency of the normal control group was more higher than other treatment groups, the difference was significantly marked(p<0.01).To some great extent, the layers' diarrhea frequency have had decreased by adding 3% thedried-powder of housefly larvae and 3% residue of the culture medium of housefly larvae(diarrhea frequency: the first experimental group: 4.20%, the second: 4.30%, the third: 3.00%, the normal control group:10.67%).There have no exceedingly significant difference on various the layers' physiological parameter between the experimental groups and the normal control group(p>0.05). In the blood biochemical parameter, the activity of anti-oxidation enzymes(SOD, GSH-Px) of the blood serum have been improved in the every experimental group compared with the normal control group, the difference was highly remarked(p<0.01or p<0.05). The concentration of lipidic peroxide, such as MDA, was more higher than other experimental groups'(p<0.01). comparing the activity of GPT and GOT of the normal control group with the experimental groups', the former's was dramatically higher than the latter's. The activity of alkalescent phosphoric enzyme of the first experimental group is the lowest among this four groups, there was no difference between in comparison group and other two experimental groups(p>0.05). The content of CPK of the normal control group was significantly higher than the experimental groups'(p<0.01). The content of TP, ALB, GLB of serum in various groups have no difference. The layering rate, average laying quantity and feed conversion efficiency of the experimental groups were higher than the normal control group. All the above results showed that adding 3% the dried-powder of housefly larvae in the layer's feed can improve the construction of advantageous microflora and homeostasis of normal microflora in the layer's caecum hi summer days, promote the acidity of caecum and reduce the diarrhea frequency, improve the laying rate and laying quantity and decrease the ratio of feed to egg. Besides, the research results also showed that adding 3% residue of the culture medium of larvae in the normal layer's feed can do the same function to the layer as the powder of housefly larvae... |
