In order to evaluate the effects of the different housefly larvae products on growth performance, nutrient metabolic rate, blood biochemical indexes, intestinal flora, immune function and antioxidant capability in yellow-feathered broilers, the different housefly larvae products application effect on yellow-feathered broilers were observed. For the development of new green feed additive and its application in feed provide a theoretical basis and practical significance. Two hundred and fifty-two one-day-old yellow-feathered broilers were divided into 7 groups randomly, with 3 replications per group, 12 broilers for each replication. The control group was fed basal diets, and other six groups were fed based diets with 0.2 % and 0.5 % housefly larvae enzymatic hydrolysis peptides, 0.2 % and 0.5 % housefly larvae hydrolyzates, 0.2 % and 0.5 % degreasing housefly larvae powder, respectively. The trial lasted for 28 days and five experiments were conducted. The results of this study were summarized as follows:1. Applicaion of the different housefly larvae products in the diets can improve the growth performance of yellow-feathered broilers. Application of housefly larvae enzymatic hydrolysis peptides in diets increased the average daily gain(ADG)and decreased the feed/gain rate at 0-14d, 0-21d and 0-28d significantly(p<0.05), and increased the metabolic rate of dry matter, crude protein and energy(p>0.05), especially including 0.5 % housefly larvae enzymatic hydrolysis peptides was significantly increased the apparent metabolic rate of crude fat, calcium, phosphorus and crude ash compared with control treatmeat(p<0.05). Compared with control treatmeat, applicaion of the different housefly larvae products in the diets were not significant effect on nutrient apparent digestibility(p>0.05).2. Compared with control treatmeat, applicaion of the different housefly larvae products in the diets can increased the concentration of total protein(TP) and albumin and decreased the concentration of alanine transaminase of serum(p>0.05), and decreased the concentration of blood urea nitrogen significantly(p<0.05).3. Compared with control treatmeat, aplicaion of the different housefly larvae products in the diets can increased the amount of bifidobacteria and lactobacill significantly(p<0.05), and decreased the amount of escherichia coli and salmonella significantly(p<0.05). It seemd that housefly larvae enzymatic hydrolysis peptides was better than others on intestinal flora. And the most significant effect was observed added 0.5 % housefly larvae enzymatic hydrolysis peptides into diets4. when aplicaion of the different housefly larvae products in the diets, the immune organ indices and the concentration of IgA, IgG and alexin C3 and C4 had an increased tendency(p>0.05). Added 0.5 % housefly larvae enzymatic hydrolysis peptides into diets, the concentration of IgA was increased in the second week and the concentration of IgG, C3 and C4 were increased in the four week. And including 0.5 % housefly larvae enzymatic hydrolysis peptides significantly increased the peripheral lymphocyte transformation rate compared with control treatment (p<0.05).5. Compared with other groups, added 0.5 % housefly larvae enzymatic hydrolysis peptides into diets decreased the concentration of MDA in Serum. Compared with control treatmeat, the activities of serum catalase(CAT), superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and total anti-oxidation capacity(T-AOC)were increased and the concentration of malondialdehyde(MDA)was decreased in different degree as broilers were fed based diets with housefly larvae products, especially including 0.5 % housefly larvae enzymatic hydrolysis peptides was significantly increased in antioxidant abilities(p<0.05). And added a high dose of housefly larvae enzymatic hydrolysis peptides into diets were better than low-dose effects. In conclusion, added 0.5 % housefly larvae enzymatic hydrolysis peptides into diets increased performance, intestinal flora, immune function and antioxidant capability in yellow-feathered broilers, and added 0.5 % housefly larvae enzymatic hydrolysis peptides were the best effect on yellow-feathered broilers.
