The pig manure in pig industries every day has created recurring environmental pollution if not handled properly.One of the alternative way to avoid this problem was bio-conversion of pig manure to organic fertilizer using Chrysomyia megacephala and Housefly.The ratio of brown sugar and milk powder(1:1)was 242.42 g in one cage,loaded with 2700 Chrysomyia megacephala produced 27.97 g of eggs and death rate of Chrysomyia megacephala was 18.6% in 36 days..The effect of additives was studied which were fish surimi with manure studied in different forms,i.e.,manure mixing with fish surimi attract more Chrysomyia megacephala lay eggs 79.3%,followed to without fish surimi 1.3% and fish surimi outside the manure 19.3%The collection of eggs at soft and wet condition was much better than the hard and dry of wheat bran with fish surimi in the manure.The result of average rate of collecting eggs was saw powder with fish surimi 14.7%,wheat bran with surimi 25.3%,rice straw with surimi 60%.But the Chrysomyia megacephala which cultivated in the bran with blood powder has a lot of microbial change in their gut i.e,Ignatzschineria,Wohlfahrtiimonas,Bacteroide,Oblitimonas,Empedobacter has increased.These genus may have the ability to increase the effective for convention of bran with blood powder.The domestication Chrysomyia megacephala larva which cultivated in the bran with blood powder have a lot of microbial change in the gut i.e.,Flavobacterium,Pseudoxanthomonas,Rhosobacter,Acidovorax increased.The microbes which change mostly in the gut of domestication larve in the pig manure are Flavobacterium,Pseudoxanthomonas,Rhosobacter,Acidovorax.These genus have the ability to increase the effective conversion of pig manure. |
