The present study used Ipomoeae aquaticae Forsk 1-2 months old, different kinds of animal waste, housefly larvae as materials, to carry out experiments of culturing Ipomoeae aquaticae Forsk by urine hydroponic,breeding housefly larvae by animal waste, determing metal content in animal waste. The study includes two main parts:1, Cultivate Ipomoeae aquaticae Forsk by urine hydroponic,the purification of urine,the catalase activity and root activity of Ipomoeae aquaticae Forsk by urine hydroponic; 2,Breed housefly larvae using different kinds of animal waste; determine metal content in different kinds of animal waste.1.Cultivate Ipomoeae aquaticae Forsk by urine hydroponic, the purification of urine and the biological characteristics of Ipomoeae aquaticae Forsk.Ipomoeae aquaticae Forsk grew regularly in all concentrations of urine dilution in 7 days, from day 7 to day 14 Ipomoeae aquaticae Forsk grew in 4% urine dilution or higher concentrations died or wilted, and the plant in 1% and 2% grew regularly, the best concentration of urine dilution is 1%.In 7 days, removal rate of COD in different concentrations of urine dilution(A1-A5) is 82.5%,86.3%,86.9%,89.2%,93.0%; removal rate of TN is 13.4%,21.5%,30.6%,36.8%,47.2%; removal rate of TP is 16.6%,19.5%,31.2%,30.8%,40.8%.From day 7 to day 14, as the plant grew in 4% urine dilution or higher concentrations died or wilted, removal rate of COD in urine dilution(A1-A2)is 85.4%,90.2%;removal rate of TN is 54.4%,58.0%;removal rate of TP is 21.6%,29.5%.The best concerntration of urine dilution for culturing Ipomoeae aquaticae Forsk is 1%.Potassium permanganate titration and TTC method were used to determine the catalase activity and root activity of Ipomoeae aquaticae Forsk cultivated in different concentrations of liquid culture. Ipomoeae aquaticae Forsk grows regularly in urine diluents lower than the concentration of 2%.The catalase activity of Ipomoeae aquaticae Forsk after hydroponics is higher than which is cultivated in soil. The catalase activity of Ipomoeae aquaticae Forsk cultivated in 1% urine diluents keep the highest. The root activity of Ipomoeae aquaticae Forsk after hydroponics is lower than which is cultivated in soil. Among these after hydroponics, the root activity of Ipomoeae aquaticae Forsk cultivated in 1% urine diluents keeps the highest. Nutrient in 1% urine diluents is easier absorbed by the plant.2.Breed housefly larvae using different kinds of animal waste; determine metal content in different kinds of animal waste.Larvae appeared in 24 hours after spawning, body length of larvae can be easily measured 48 hours after spawning, and chrysalis formed 96h after spawning. The period from egg to adult is about 6 to 7 days.Growth of housefly larvae in different kinds of biowaste:human manure(fermented or not) is best for the growth of larvae, the growth rate and body length is most close to which grew in the flesh of fish; and fermented human manure is a bit better than the unfermented. Growth rate and body length of larvae in cow and pig manure were the lowest, and in fish visceral and shrimp shell were between the above two.Contents of 3 kinds of important metal Zn, Cu, Pb in animal waste were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Contents of Zn, Cu, Pb in human manure were higher than which in animal manure, and at the same level as some organs of aquatic animal. Liver, gallbladder, spleen, and scale have higher content of these metals than other organs in fish. Shrimp organs have lower content of these metals than which in fish and human manure, but at the same level as animal manure.According to the principle of the food chain enrichment, the source of animal waste, the content of benifical and harmful elements in animal waste should be considerd when dealing with it. |
