| To explore the changes of some enzymes and the histopathologic changes in the some tissues. 45 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, 15 rats in each group. The first group bore no disposal and was used as the normal control, the second group was injected with Reserpine (Syndrome of Spleen Insufficiency ,SSI group), the thinl group were injected ~vith Reserpine and treated ~vith Sijunzi decoction (treatment group). On the 7~day and 14d1 day of the experiment, the rats were killed and dissected, immediately, the liver, skeletal muscles.stomach and duodenum were sampled. The histochemistiy methods was carried out on all collected tissues after fixation to determine the level of glycogern, alkaline phosphatase(ALP) . acid phosphatase(ACP) succmodehydrogenase(SDH) -. glucose-6-phosphatase(G-6-P) adenosinetriphosphatase(ATPase) and also there went a histopathologic observation. The results showed as follows: (1) On the 7t~~ day of the experiment, activities of glycogen.. ACP. ALP. G-6-Pase were higher in the normal control than in SSI group (NO.01) and treatment group (P<0.0l); on the 14111 day, the level of these indexes in treatment group approached that in control, meanwhile, the level was significantly higher in 551 group than in control and treatment iroup. (2) On the 7111 day, the activit of SDH was higher in both 551 and treatment group than in the normal control group (NO.01); on the 14111 day, this enzyme's activiw in treatment group recovered and approached that in the normal control (NO.05), but it was still hkher in SSI group than in other two groups (NO.01). The results revealed that dulin2 the course of the rat's SSI induced by resexpine, there are abnormal changes among above-mentioned indexes, but the function of all these enzymes can be recuperated and ameliorated with the treatment of sijunzi decoction. |
