With the rapid development of economy,people's demand for quality of life is improving.At the same time,environmental problems are increasingly exposed.In the context of this reality,the bicycle industry is facing new opportunities and personalized customization of high-end bike has emerged.For bicycle customization,the most important thing is to customize the bicycle frame structure,which is directly related to the physiological and psychological feelings of the rider.Therefore,this paper puts forward a reference scheme for the optimization of bicycle frame structure.The corresponding work includes:We have established a theoretical model of bicycle based on human biomechanics and dynamics theory.First of all,we establish a theoretical model of the human body that contains the main joints by measuring the size of the Chinese body.Then,through the analysis of the air resistance during the cycling process and the derivation of the kinetic equation,the size of the air resistance is positively correlated with the wind area.Therefore,in the range of the human body is basically comfortable,we need to obtain the minimum angle between the human body axis and the horizontal axis.In addition,we need to minimize the area of wind to reduce the air resistance,so as to deduce the reasonable relative position between the vehicle and the saddle.According to the theory of human biomechanics,the "dead center" is determined from the lower body pedaling movement point of view,in order to determine the relative position of the saddle and the center axis of the crank shaft.We use computer aided technology to carry out a series of computer simulation experiments.Specifically,we first use the man-machine simulation software Jack in accordance with the theoretical body size proposed in the previous model to build a simulation of the human body model,and then use the three-dimensional modeling software UG to build a bicycle 3D simulation model.Then we import the bicycle model into Jack,and carry out man-machine simulation experiments,record the experimental results.According to the simulation results,the function relation between the saddle and the crank is established,and the optimal value is obtained.According to the experimental results,we set the variables that need to be optimized,and establish the function equation to get the optimal solution.The final position of the saddle and the center axis of the crank is determined,in the relative range.Building a simple custom system for bike designers.The system is based on the size of the specific parts of the measurement data,analysis the size of the main components of vehicle.The designer can use these data to build a 3D model of the bike into UG,and finally make use of man-machine simulation test to get the final custom prototype model.Based on the computer virtual simulation technology,the analysis of the ergonomic factors is added to the design of bicycle.The personalized design of the bicycle structure is put forward to meet the needs of high-end market.In the future,the innovation bike design can learn from these research and get more new ideas.
