The Research On Underground Space Planning Of The Urban Central Type Rail Transit Station Domain

With the developing of rail transit in our country,cities in an increasing numbers are engaging in rail transit construction.Nowadays,it is a consensus to develop TOD around rail transit on station area.The urban administrators and planners are more and more aware of the positive effects of rail transit to urban center and its underground space.But,with the rapid development and the unclear planning guidance,many problems are causing.It is an era urgent task to make a reasonable plan for the underground space in district of the urban-center rail transit station.So,it could adapt to the intensive and multidimensional developing tendency in the future cities and drives sustainable and healthy development of city.Based on the background in this field and the analysis in domestic and abroad researches,this study,firstly,describes the concept of the urban center rail transit station,exploring the relations and significance of urban center,underground space,as well as the transit transportation.Moreover,this study builds the theoretical bases,based on the effects about rail transit to the urban cities,and through sorting out and extracting theoretical achievement of the underground space in district of urban-center rail transit on station area.Secondly,according to the case study and the analysis in domestic and abroad,this study researches the problems and summarizes its discipline.Also,according to the theory and case research,this study summarizes the planning strategies which are suitable to the underground space in district of urban-center rail transit station.Based on the problem research,it could cope effectively with the further development of urban-center under the rail transit on station area.Thus,it could improve theory and planning strategy of the underground space of the urban center rail station.And we hope that this achievement could produce a positive effect on the further research of this related field.
