The examination and approval of engineering construction projects plays an important role in the field of administrative approval,which is of great significance to the development of China’s socialist market economy.Over the years,the approval of engineering construction involves a wide range of issues,long chains,time consuming and other issues,which seriously restrict the project implementation and project promotion,and also have a great impact on the regional investment environment.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),China has continuously deepened reform,especially the reform of “delegating power and services”,which has put forward many new requirements for the examination and approval of construction projects.In accordance with the requirements of the central,provincial and municipal governments,various localities have also innovated and deepened reform.Much has been done and some results have been achieved.Improving the efficiency of the examination and approval of engineering construction projects will play a positive role in accelerating the implementation of projects,promoting the construction of projects and completing urban supporting facilities.At the same time,it is also of great significance to deepening the reform of administrative review and approval,and in particular,it plays a key role in creating a first-class business environment.In this paper,from the Angle of administrative approval front staff,combined with the work of examination and approval of engineering construction in recent years,especially since the reform of administrative examination and approval work,the engineering construction project examination and approval work achievements and practical experience,work in the construction project for examination and approval of Pengshan District of Meishan City prevailed as the breakthrough point,on the basis of the theory of service oriented government,new public service theory and the theory of process reengineering,using literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey and other research methods,the construction project for examination and approval work of Pengshan District of Meishan City prevailed in the history of the development were analyzed,and summarizes the practice and results of the basic At the same time,the main problems and the causes of the problems are put forward.Through questionnaire survey and interview,we can know that the main problems existing in the approval of construction projects in Pengshan District of Meishan City include: simplified approval process and insufficient integration,poor operation effect of information data platform,and service objects’ satisfaction not reaching the expected level.Based on the actual work and the experience of advanced regions,this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for the examination and approval of engineering construction projects in Pengshan District of Meishan City including perfecting the working mechanism of the examination and approval of engineering construction projects,perfecting the information management system of the examination and approval of engineering construction projects,strengthening the construction of the guarantee system of the examination and approval of engineering construction,etc.Expanding service-oriented government theory and related theory in work and practice,the application for examination and approval of construction projects focus on construction project examination and approval work and achievements and difficulties in the process of reform,from the perspective of county level implementation,to explore and research,the engineering construction examination and approval work has strong reference value.
