| The mid-21st century,China will enter an aging society. Elderly residential construction is an important industry issues.There are certain research and practice on it, but that still can not meet the increasing needs of the elderly live. Before our country entered into the real aging society,it is imperative to find a suitable living model for the elderly.In this paper, by participation in the Beijing Pinggu International retirement community development projects and the collection of data and social research, we conduct a useful study on design of communities and residential.Through research, it tries to find a community old-age models which can reduce the heavy financial burden for the country and maintain the traditional family ethics.At the same time, it attempts to resolve the contradiction between the changes in lifestyle of modern society, family values, the trend of miniaturization family structure and old-age home environment. It is hoped that we make a discussion to creat a new environment and living pattern of old-ageThe main body of this paper includes five chapters:Chapter 1:Introduction. In the Background of "aging society",through the analysis of history of the elderly community development and research at home and abroad as well as existing problems, we identify the research methodology framework of this article.Chapter 2:The housing problem of aging society. In the analysis of Way of life style and physical and psychological needs of the elderly,we come to the conclusion that what is the housing needs of the elderly and analyze the trend of old-age communities.Chapter 3:Discussion about standard of pleasant residential environment for elderly community. Itexplores the the relevant pleasant.standards of the elderly community environment from the community site, community planning, public environment, barrier-free design, green.environment.Chapter 4:Study on Standard layer of elderly community building.Through the analysis of external and internal factors,it submits the design principles of elderly housing. It explore Standard layer of elderly community building from a combination of residential space, spatial scale, service space and transport organizations.Chapter 5:Case Studies.through the Beijing Pinggu International retirement communityIt expresses theoretical view of a mixed elderly community planning and design in the image language. It submits a relatively reasonable the elderly community design methods and trends after the comparisons and analysis of the two development model. |
