| Fire disastrous is very dangerous. If unchecked, human life, property will be got great loss. In this paper, the principles and functions of automatic fire detection and location system are introduced. The algorithm of Dual-band Image-based fire alarm is studied. The idea of ordinary cameras combined with infrared filters to replace the infrared camera was proposed. A lot of experiments were done, and got many fire infrared images. The change law of the flame is studied; besides, the flame identification algorithm was designed. On this basis, a fire alarm was developed independently. The localization algorithm of fire was also designed. After the fire was detected, the coordinates of fire will be calculated and passed to the control center. At the same time, the water cannon was started to spray automatically.Then, the paper studied personnel evacuation performance of high-rise building in hydraulic model. The escape process in high-rise building fire is divided into three phases including detection, behavior, response and action. The empirical equations are used to compute time of detection, behavior and action. The hydraulic model is used to compute time of passing the stairway and pathway. The escape process of one high rise building in fire is simulated in the end. One school building is used as test case. The danger time and escape times at every class time from Monday to Saturday are computed. The personnel escape performance of that building is investigated as a result.Finally, the paper studied personnel evacuation performance of different building structure in cellular automaton model. The randomly two-dimensional cellular automaton model is developed based on the basic automaton model. In that model, the distance between one person and the exit, the local attraction force, detour behavior, different neighbor and repulsion force of the wall and barrier have been considered. Also, the local attraction force is introduced to improve simulating evacuation of farer-restricted area apart from the exit. An evacuation demonstration system is developed; get the basic law and evacuation time of the space. |
