With the high development of the boat technology and world tourism, cruise terminal is becoming the leisure way of people's hobbits. It will be faced with unpremeditated catastrophe such as fire, which is the place of tourists holding and entertainment with high crowd density. And now, the hotspot of expert's research at home and abroad is to how to deal with emergent catastrophe, and then to enhance the safety of the cruise terminal. The paper based on the multiple's behavioral pattern in emergency, applied the Cellular Automaton ways in complex systems and study on cruise terminal emergency evacuation strategy, which combined to the arrangements of its plane design. So the main ideas are showed as follow:Firstly, it combined to the plane arrangements and the components of structure function of the cruise parent terminal. And it included the key node of the cruise parent terminal, analyzed its routine safe equipments and measures and structured the emergency evacuation system of the modern cruise parent terminal to discuss the existing problems.Secondly, it researched the cruise parent terminal's factors based on the staff behavior model between the tourist's emergency evacuation behaviors. With the individual and public two angles, it analyzed the tourist's emergency evacuation behaviors and its mechanism, combined the plane arrangement of the modern cruise parent terminal and figured out the tourist evacuation times in different staff density, at last discussed the factors of tourist evacuated efficiency.Thirdly, it analyzed the modeling methods to determine module dimensionality, the rule of cell evolution and neighborhood, which based on CA theories. So it discussed the evacuation door to influence the rule of cell evolution, and then built two-dimension CA module to test its usability by simulation software Witness.Finally, through multi-conditions simulation trials, it combined the panel arrangements of our country's some modern cruise parent terminal, to analyze the influence of tourist's behavior characteristic, evacuation times and efficiency by the position of evacuation doors, the width of rows and so on. The simulation test conclusions showed that the position of evacuation doors was good for average spread, and it to be optimum width. So it had intricate influence on tourist individual behaviors and public behaviors.The research fruits can provide the profitable technology reference for modern cruise parent terminal's panel design and operations management.
