| Vehicle speed to determination in the accident is a usual question in identification of road accident. Currently using standard calculation, according to the scene left behind traces of the length of the car brake, road surface material, wet and dry conditions and accident scene investigation information, identification personnel related to accidents can projected accident vehicle speed, and then calculate out the vehicle location and trajectory during the accident to determine the responsibility of the parties involved in the accident. At present, domestic identification of braking speed was based primarily on the GA/T 643-2006 "The speed technical evaluation for vehicles involved in representative road accident", developed by Research Institute of Public Security Traffic Management Ministry. The accident form involved in the specification so single and identification methods is relatively simple. This leads to that its actual value is not high.The purpose of this study is to improve and revise the current domestic traffic speed identification standards. Appropriate method is applied in the accident speed identification accord its different forms.The main contents are as follows:1.Analysis of the current traditional speed calculation method, then put forward the improved calculation method for pre-collision speed,and makes use of foreign car brake test data for testing.2.Comparative analysis of accident reconstruction software abroad. Speed analysis and accident reconstruction research of the collected domestic cases are implemented on the basis of applications TACAR V1.5,trying to analyze and compare the process and characteristics of speed evaluation using accident analysis and reappearance software comprehensively.3.Norms of Traffic accident speed identification is discussed and developed. The applied means of speed calculation is investigated according to different forms of accidents, through the introduction of traffic analysis software, soughting to simple and practical. |
