Standardization Research For Scene Investigation Of Road Traffic Accident Based On Computer

With the development of computer technology, the application of computer analysis and reconstruction means to deal with road traffic accident is accurate and fast, can achieve the efficient management of traffic accident files and has a very important practical significance on the visual education of traffic safety and so on. At present, many domestic research institutions and traffic police departments have adopted the software of accident analysis and reconstruction to analyze and handle traffic accident, but the traditional process of road traffic accident handling can't meet the need for analyzing and handling accident on the basis of computer. Scene diagram drawing is not standardized. Data collected from accident scene, when it is used for handling traffic accident on the basis of computer, lacks needed data or is not necessary. These problems make traffic accident analysis and reconstruction on the basis of computer subject to a great influence.Based on the practical scene investigation and reference to current laws and regulations, and relying on the useful "Traffic Accident Computer Analysis Reconstruction" and "Road Traffic Scene Diagram Drawing System", this dissertation studied the standardization of scene investigation and proved that the standard has operability by the application of actual cases. The main research includes:1. This dissertation studied some key problems in the scene investigation of road traffic accident, including the determination of the collision point, the determination of adhesion coefficient, the determination of body deformation and the measurement of tire trace and so on. Based on the system of road traffic accident analysis and reconstruction and the practical scene investigation, this dissertation proposed the needed collected data on scene investigation for different road traffic accidents, and designed scientific and rational data record sheets.2. In accordance with the standard of GA49-2009, the drawing of the scene for the road traffic accident, this dissertation analyzed the requirements of scene diagram drawing, proposed "Road Traffic Scene Diagram Drawing System", which can meet the requirements, and elaborated the classification of on-site graphic elements, system interface, system database and system functions in the system.3. This dissertation explained the scene investigation standard of road traffic accident based on computer and proposed the scene investigation process of road traffic accident based the standard. Based on computer, this dissertation used the scene investigation standard of road traffic accident to handle the actual accident cases, including recording the needed data of scene investigation and drawing scene diagram using scene diagram drawing system.
