The social questions of the damags of life and the property as well as corresponding civil and criminal prosecution and so on which are caused by traffic accident deteriorate day by day. Therefore, it is urgent to adopt the prevention and the control measure, establishs corresponding countermeasure promptly. To the massive traffic accident which occurs , carrying on the reappearance analysis, the statistical survey, and then obtains rule, characteristic of traffic accident, providing the essential gist for traffic accident processing and preventing and controlling are the accident researchers' important responsibility.The main function of the traffic accident animation analogous system is reproduction of the traffic accident scene, the department of the traffic accident processing obtains entire accident process movement situation according to the experience and the primary data in the traffic accident scene. In order to analysis and judge easily, using traffic accident animation analogous system by three dimensional animation form, we reappeare the process of traffic accident occurrence. The primary coverage of the dissertation includes:1. This dissertation studies the 3D model technology of environment in the combined operation system of DVR . This dissertation summarizes modelling method of the scene and vehicles in 3DS MAX, and carries on the intersection and the typical vehicles modelling.2. Taking hypothesized platform 'Virtools' as the main frame of actualizing hypothesized traffic accident reappearance. With has developed the three dimensional animation demonstration program, demonstrate intuitively the entire process of the traffic accident by the three dimensional animation form in the procedure structure hypothesized world.3. The animation memory is the ' cmo' form, This dissertation use Visual C language environment to seal the independent broadcast Virtools to be possible the execution document.
